One of the first reviews i write. This product is complex. It is detailed and really forces you to come to terms with a few things about your business. Thats not a bad thing but you need to know some things to really draw out the high value of Frictionless, namely:
1. Do you know your business, the problem you're trying to solve, and who your target audience is.
2. Are you looking to make sure you have an organized and expanded view of how your strategy and brand will work together.
3. Do you need to draw out key messages from the content you put in.
If yes to the above then you should buy the product. Its that good. But it doesn't know your business so you need to feed it with information and it will help clarify and simplify your messaging and provide you with so much more.
The software still needs some improvement here and there, namely a little more hand holding for those who are not as astute to strategy as others, and the ability to delete things (products subproducts). If those things are simplified then all good. Either way well worth the 5 tacos
