Frictionless

The idea behind Frictionless is amazing. Although I am not a professional marketer, I know enough to be dangerous LOL.

Perhaps one could achieve a lot the platform has to offer by using various tools together. Say ChatGPT, Google Docs, etc. But that's time consuming and I'm the type of person who prefers to access everything in one single place, without having to manage and move information across multiple software.

That's why I say it's amazing: everything is in one single place. The interface and the information is not bloated at all. I feel it captures only the essentials. If there were no technical glitches, the experience of working with the software would be quite fast and efficient.

However, there were some technical issues I've encountered when I was trying to create my personas / target audiences and save custom information. The software is probably not exactly finished and some bugs might still exist in production. These could have been deal breakers but like I said... I'm happy to wait and show my support for the product and its team.

The tech support has been very responsive and helpful so far, which is a big plus.
