The CRM is not yet developed, and the entire software could have been designed differently. The email feature lacks a group email function where emails from the same sender and subject are grouped under one email history. When dealing with a client and trying to add it to a deal/opportunity, if the email is replied to, the opportunity disappears, making it challenging to follow up, especially with hundreds of emails; one can lose track of the ongoing activity. This issue needs to be addressed since the current setup is quite ineffective unless dealing with a small number of clients, in which case, software would be unnecessary. Adding a user allows them to change the setup, reducing control over the email function. The chat button to contact support is not functional. Sometimes, when working and clicking on emails or other internal links, it gives a 404 error. The server is slow. I have not tested the other features, so I am unsure of their functionality. It is an average software that, if properly developed, could become a good one, hence, 3 stars for its potential!

I was lucky and picked Flowlu up at Appsumo two years ago. It is an amazing software and the development during this time has really been awesome! I am using it every day for my managing my business and personal tasks! :)
It is great for teams, too!

Flowlu is the only CRM that I've worked with that actually can be configurable to any business. Good CRM processes are vital, and that includes personalisation and relevance. Flowlu's secret sauce delivers that through automations, custom fields and bespoke processes to keep it all together. Flowlu is part of my daily life - because it is so configurable it's hard to think of any other CRM tool that could come close.

Love almost EVERYTHING about this. First of all, the CRM itself is super intuitive. The UI is great, works fast, etc. TONS to love about it.

The only weakness is the email integration piece. There's no 0Auth integration, so you can't integrate Outlook/Office365. Additionally, Google Workspace accounts will no longer support less secure apps, and will only support OAuth login, so that will eliminate Gmail from the options in Flowlu, which leaves it strictly at IMAP (which neither Google or Outlook will work with).

It seems like Office365 has been on the roadmap for a bit, but not sure about OAuth. Hopefully Flowlu can get the email sorted out, and if they do, it's a slam dunk in every way.

This is really excellent product with all the features one needs to run small to medium sized business. At the beginning I was using free plan but purchased it on AppSumo a few months ago. The roadmap also looks very promising. Keep up the good work.

I love this system, and unlike some of the reviewers, I found the tech support to be speedy and speak directly to my concerns. Glitches were noticed and fixed. Responses were quick and to the point & clearly by someone who understood the technology (not some customer service rep)

We haven't begun to really put the entire system to use, but thus far I am absolutely impressed with the sheer amount of connected functionality being offered here.

I did ask a support person if they have a re-design on the roadmap, and they assured me there is one in the works. If you guys design the UI elements & skin for a dark view closer to ClickUp or NiftyPM — i'll be happier to go to the office :)

Flowlu works better than NiftyPM by the way — no contest! I just miss the comfort of a superior, darker design & look forward to having some smoother options in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Tras pasar por Trello, KanbanFlow, Notion, ASana,... tengo un gestor que me permite crear y gestionar mis proyectos de manera sencilla pero muy profesional.

Sencillo sencillo al principio no es. Pero cuando comprendes la mecanica y los conceptos y te preparas tus plantillas es sencillisimo ir creando proyectos y llevar el control del trabajo en equipo.
Que además tenga CRM para mi es un plus.

I was looking mainly for a way to manage and share to do lists with google calendar integration.

I tested all LTD offers on appsumo.

None tick all the boxes of what I want.
But Flowlu ticks most!

Not only that, it ticks all the boxed I need!

It's a complete toolset. Has a mobile app.
And quick and helpfull support.

Happy to have discovered Flowlu!

se me hace ilógico que sabiendo que están en ventas, no puedan poner o apoyarse de equipo propio para solucionar problemáticas de su plataforma.

While I appreciate the capabilities and features of Flowlu, I must admit that the support experience could be improved. The few times I reached out for assistance, I was directed to the documentation, which wasn't always helpful. Additionally, I found it challenging to navigate the software despite my experience being of a much more technical nature. To address this, I developed an AI assistant that could analyze the documentation and provide me with the necessary guidance. Finally, I was able to utilize Flowlu effectively to achieve my objectives. Despite these challenges, I recognize the software's potential. I believe the Flowlu team could benefit from introducing a reseller program with commission incentives. I would be enthusiastic about reselling Flowlu, considering its strengths. I believe that a reseller program would be a valuable addition, especially if the team is not inclined to significantly enhance both the support and documentation.

I bought like 6 codes for this to get access to the white label feature so I can get clients to access the portal.

The product is great, it's a dream for a lean startup since it has everything from project management, chat (replacing slack), knowledge base (drew me in the most), to do lists, invoices and much more. So the product is great!

But with every saas, support is key. 1 thing I'm deeply disappointed in, is the fact that you have to pay for a setup consultation. Their own knowledge bank lacks some of the support you get from videos or a live integration. I mean if you buy 6 codes you should get a live call with them to go over everything and setup everything. Hence I booked a demo, but no one showed up!! Waited for 10minutes in the waiting room after I dipped since it's not serious.

I give 4 stars purely for the product, tbh i should give 3 stars based on the support, but the product is more important.

I hope they fix their support in the future!

I feel good about using this program for a year now, (there are some speed problems with mailings) but all the people needs CONTRACTS WITH E-SIGNATURE.
The basis of a CRM is to centralize business management without a SIGNATURE nothing 100% can't work.
It is very tedious, having to go out of the application and waste time again and again with another one.
Please can you tell us if finally after all this time you will add contracts with signature, or any ETA available for it?
