I bought like 6 codes for this to get access to the white label feature so I can get clients to access the portal.
The product is great, it's a dream for a lean startup since it has everything from project management, chat (replacing slack), knowledge base (drew me in the most), to do lists, invoices and much more. So the product is great!
But with every saas, support is key. 1 thing I'm deeply disappointed in, is the fact that you have to pay for a setup consultation. Their own knowledge bank lacks some of the support you get from videos or a live integration. I mean if you buy 6 codes you should get a live call with them to go over everything and setup everything. Hence I booked a demo, but no one showed up!! Waited for 10minutes in the waiting room after I dipped since it's not serious.
I give 4 stars purely for the product, tbh i should give 3 stars based on the support, but the product is more important.
I hope they fix their support in the future!
