While I appreciate the capabilities and features of Flowlu, I must admit that the support experience could be improved. The few times I reached out for assistance, I was directed to the documentation, which wasn't always helpful. Additionally, I found it challenging to navigate the software despite my experience being of a much more technical nature. To address this, I developed an AI assistant that could analyze the documentation and provide me with the necessary guidance. Finally, I was able to utilize Flowlu effectively to achieve my objectives. Despite these challenges, I recognize the software's potential. I believe the Flowlu team could benefit from introducing a reseller program with commission incentives. I would be enthusiastic about reselling Flowlu, considering its strengths. I believe that a reseller program would be a valuable addition, especially if the team is not inclined to significantly enhance both the support and documentation.
