Get Audio Video & Text Testimonials in one place

I buy a way too much on AppSumo like all us Sumo's of course, so I am behind in testing & trying and recently I started playing with FeedSpace and at first i wasn't sure about it but I didn't get it at first. But Chirag spent a good amount of time walking me through it, showed me a ton of features that I didn't even know existed, helped troubleshoot my custom domain and even had his team do a quick modification for my account. Many people have probably seen me going hard at times on the AS Partners so I wanted to also make sure I leave positive ones lol and that is what I am doing. Great product, Great Team and so many freaking network integrations to gather feedback. If they come back buy it and not sure how true it is in the FB group it slipped that Version 3 is coming out. He wouldn't completely tell me but if its true and they come back, BUY!

Feedspace is an exceptional tool, easy to use, with a great design and fast upload speeds for videos and audio. On top of that, they have an outstanding team that's quick to respond. I highly recommend it!

I had a customer record a review and i can not access it because of some xml error on the page... I think the video is lost!

I would like to submit a preliminary review here. The tool has great potential, but unfortunately, it is still too narrowly focused on specific application areas and industries. Particularly in coaching and services, reviews from real people are crucial for building trust in the brand or company, similar to Google reviews. Therefore, the most important features are still missing in this tool. However, I see great potential in perfecting this easy-to-use tool with meaningful and easily implementable features.

Therefore, I am initially giving it 3 stars, as my initial expectations have not been met after the purchase, and I have not yet found much use for it due to the points mentioned above. However, if the points I mentioned are added, I will give it a solid 5 stars. I believe that the developers also believe in their product and do not see these 3 stars as an insult, but rather as a small encouragement to improve their product for an even larger audience and to make it absolutely perfect.

I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks for the introduction of the 5-star rating system. It is a wonderful and extremely practical addition.

The following 3 functions are still missing, and I would like to have them:

1. The ability to add a first name to received feedback, so that the first names can be displayed on the "Wall of Love."

2. An option to add contact details to feedback, so that as the creator, I have the opportunity to verify/confirm reviews via email, to gain more credibility and trust as a "real person."

3. A function to customize the automatic display text of messages sent by the customer, and the ability to specify whether it is the sale of a product or a service.

These points would significantly improve the user experience. Thank you for your attention and commitment to continuous improvement!

One Video, One Audio Feed, One Text Feed... ALL created in less than 20 minutes! This software (so far) is working perfectly. The ONLY thing that is missing, in my humble opinion, is the ability to embed the video and audio forms on my website. That is it! Great job Feedspace team. Make it so I can more easily embed the other forms and you've got a 10 star tool here. In the meantime, you can use the following hack:

Create your own Iframe and add the form URL to the Iframe. I have tested this and it works perfectly! For all my fellow sumolings who would like to know how to accomplish this... here is the code:

Make sure you test the height to ensure that the user can scroll to the bottom of the page (or) remove the (scrolling= "no") from the above code.

I'm going to share my experience with FeedSpace; it's an excellent review product, an easy-to-use software with solutions that the current market needs. And something very important is that the FeedSpace team listens to our opinions and suggestions, their customer service is effective, they solve issues instantly. Without a doubt, this will be one of the top products on AppSumo. If your agency or your clients have problems organizing testimonials, requesting video, audio, or written testimonials, this is for you, it's more than a great software, behind it there is a great team. I want to personally thank Ishan for his great help in my learning curve. Take advantage of this offer or you will regret it in the future.

I'm genuinely thrilled about how user-friendly Feedspace is—it's going to save me a ton of time going forward. The feature to import Google reviews is a standout, truly impressive. Additionally, embedding the Wall of Love on one of my websites was a breeze.

As someone who specializes in creating straightforward websites for clients, I have just one piece of feedback that I believe is crucial: the inability to customize the style of text and subtext, buttons (size, font, and color) to match my page's aesthetic was a bit of a hiccup. It would also be beneficial if the Wall of Love's background could be made transparent for seamless integration with the site. I hope these enhancements are on your roadmap and receive top priority.

Introducing agency functionality would seal the deal for me, and I'd eagerly upgrade to the highest tier. A big shoutout to the Feedspace Team for crafting such a useful tool!

After interacting with their support I can say it's a great team with a very exciting roadmap. The software as is is well designed and thought out and the upcoming features such as allowing the user to select their testimonial type will make it even better. I recommend.

I was searching for a program to replace testimonial.to, and I came across Feedspace. I purchased it with a long-term perspective.

It's not quite on par with the competition yet, but we all understand that these things take time. What matters is that you continue to demonstrate your commitment to improving the platform.

Here are some features I would like to see added in the future:

- I would appreciate a star rating system.
- It would be fantastic if users could upload a photo for sharing feedback.
- Having a simple landing page where users can choose to write text, record a video, or record audio would be excellent.
- For text forms, it would be great if we could provide more detailed descriptions. Additionally, having the option to leave an email and provide consent, similar to the video form, would be helpful.

Ever since I saw FeedSpace, it seemed very interesting to me, as one of the most important aspects for both digital and physical businesses is social proof. I acquired it, and although there were some limitations at the beginning, and the development team is making an effort to meet them, I must say that they address concerns. You always have the possibility to solve concerns via chat, support email, and this page. I really like how testimonials are collected quickly, and then can be downloaded and used in other marketing content like a podcast or an Instagram reel.

As it is a new product, it has areas for improvement; however, the team helped me launch my Wall of Love without branding, which was very helpful for my website these days. Additionally, I have seen that they are developing new functionalities, which is important, as it allows for sustainability over time. It is a product that deserves support, and as users, we should give them feedback to continue improving, making it better and better.
