This app doesn't really do anything better than some of the more well-known apps. Dropbox has better file-management, Tinytake has easier to use and very similar screencapture capabilities. WeTransfer has easier to use file share.
The file management system is fine for 20-30 files, but after that it would beceome very unorganised.
Creating boards, again, fine if you have 5-10 boards, but after that it would become unwiedly.
Sharing files through email, there is no intuitive way to do this through the GUI, so you have to copy a link and paste it manually somewhere.
For some reason you can Share files to social media, but nowhere actually useful, like an email, Slack or Microsoft Teams.
There is no way to brand or customise the file-sharing landing page.
Adding annotations to screenshots is buggy, and there's no way to add Comments to files, as far as I could tell.
At the end of the day, Dropl tries to do a lot, ending up doing nothing really well. I hope that the team will focus their effort with feedback from real life users, as I don't see how anyone could use it professionally in its current state.
