You cannot think of a support solution without mailbox!
I bought the Tire 3 for unified mailbox solution, after paying and testing I can see this is comming soon. I also don't know will that comes with my current package for free or I need to pay additional fees 🤔
Additionally, the email my customer receiving after signing up from cx-genie email, I want to use my email here, I also want to fully customize any email that my customer received from the our CX Genie portal (support.bplugins.com)
Lastly I dont want to whow powered by cx-genie in the chat widget. as white label promise.
We've planed to get refund if mailbox won't available in the 2 months trial period.
