I am writing to express my frustration regarding my coupon not applying. I have sent three emails to ethan.nguyen@cxgenie.ai and have yet to receive a single response. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
While I must say that the product is excellent, I want to activate my coupon and move forward. However, the absence of any assistance or answers to my questions is incredibly disappointing. I expected better service, especially when I am eager to continue using your product.
