It could be useful, evaluating, I may need, I paid for, but…

In my modules:
• When I create a new module inside a folder, it takes minutes/hours to appear, and it shows outside the folder.
• When I enter a data module and click back, I get an error message saying that an error has been notified… unable to return.

In connecting data:
• After activating a module, the status icon shows paused, the icon updates several minutes/hours later (which can easily lead to leaving a module in an undesired on/off position, thinking it is on when it is off, or vice versa).
• Sometimes when entering a module, I receive an error saying insufficient rights (while logged in as the owner and only admin account).

I wrote to support and sent videos of the errors as requested, and observations, mentioning that I am considering a refund due to these errors. I also noted that t1x9 would provide 450,000 ops per $531 - t4 350,000 ops per $500 still (even I understand), and other notes in documentation errors.

The response I received was something along the lines: your request was sent to developers, I already told you that we need more from your side, you need to send videos (which I had, sending again), send us your speed (810 Mbps, send photo), your connection against our servers (don’t know the route to your servers), tell us if you tried to clear cache (I tried and reported before), try different browsers (I had), there must be something on your end because everything is fine on our end. Please let me know what we can do for you if you still want to try. Otherwise, we are sorry to see you go.

Make integration has a lot of potential, I think they are a nice team I don’t like to be the one taco review guy.
