I was about to throw in the towel and ask for a refund... BUT! After sticking with it and pestering the support team (sorry!), I’m so glad I bought a license last year.
The functionality is mind-blowing, and I’m almost addicted to automating EVERYTHING. It’s not just for work.
I’ve automated personal calendars, Google Sheets, and pretty much anything I can think of.
Seriously, get on it... yesterday. You won’t regret it!
Real potential to be a leading automation solution if they keep working and improving the product
Robotic, underwhelming responses are one thing—but being accused of not reaching out sooner? Seriously? Even if that were true (spoiler: it’s not), this reply is beyond ridiculous. They’d be better off staying silent than going on the offensive. And the cherry on top? I did try before and got zero help, which only confirms one thing: I’m out. And trust me, I’ll make sure everyone else knows to steer clear if they’re looking for customer service that actually understands the concept.
P.S.
I reached out to you various times. But it does not astound me, when this is not tracked correctly. The answer basically was, to send in screenshots. Screenshots from a link that just leads to your start page. Hmmm. I described my problem, that is not one that can be easily described through screenshots. And then the robotic answers came. Hold on. Not robotic. Those would have been more empathetic and friendlier, I guess.
Centralized Data Management: BoostSpace provides an excellent platform for integrating and managing data from multiple tools in one place. It significantly reduces the hassle of jumping between different apps.
User-Friendly Interface: The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it accessible even for non-technical users.
Custom Workflows: The ability to create custom workflows tailored to specific business needs is a standout feature.
Collaboration Features: It enhances teamwork by allowing seamless communication and data sharing across teams.
Scalability: The platform grows with the business, accommodating increasing data needs and complexity.
Integration Options: The variety of integrations with popular tools and apps makes it highly adaptable to existing workflows.
Excellent tool for data integration, very versatile (accepts data from almost all websites) with the bonus of having the possibility of automating with this integration. Best price/quality ratio.
For those looking for a powerful tool, I recommend it.
My experience using Boost.Space has been smooth so far. I'm somewhat familiar with using Make.com so it wasn't hard to set up some automations and boost.space offers the exact same Make.com experience in that respect.
I'm very interested in using the central database aspects of boost.space however still getting my head around this.
The interface is polished, although I can imagine that many would find it confusing and probably the entire boost.space and make.com experience overwhelming - despite the various videos and walkthroughs (which are helpful).
Ultimately, I'm happy with what I have 👍
I deal with multiple tools and processes every day, and it used to cost me so much time. With Boost.space, I finally found a solution that centralizes everything and makes my work so much easier.
What I love most:
Everything in one place: No more jumping back and forth between tools.
Automation: Routine tasks now run on autopilot.
Seamless integrations: Works perfectly with my existing tools.
I was so impressed that I went straight for Tier 3, and I don’t regret it for a second! Boost.space saves me so much time and stress.
One wish: It would be amazing if the platform offered a German version in the future, as it would make things even easier for many users.
-The website design is impressive and responsive, rarely lag
-Support is very active and personal (based on other reviews)
-Support tons of app integration (yet it is not easily visible in their web)
I really want to play around with this app just to see what I can actually do with it. Yes, I bought it simply to explore its use cases. I really thought that it was a low-code automation (disclaimer: they never claim it as such), and there were several low-code apps in Appsumo when it was on sale but I went with Boost Space due to its glowing review and affiliation with Make which makes Boost Space way credible. However, I had issues integrating with Microsoft products (it seems my Ms account was restricted due to my organisation's sensitive information) and Google account (I find it a bit sophisticated with 0auth errors and though I think I can actually make it work, I cannot afford the time). I was looking for possible app integration all over the place and only got to see the whole lot of possible integration when creating/importing the data source. I had no issue using Boost Space own module but the appflows marketplace was a bit confusing, and I don't know how to actually use this module just for the sake of it (maybe Boost Space can provide suggestion based on user selection). Tried to apply the simplest form of integration (google contact) but my low level of technical knowledge led to a frustrating experience. At this day and age of AI, I expect it to be less technical. 4 Tacos for a solid app, suitable for people who are used to the technical of automations.
-Confusing appflow marketplace
-Should have a specific tab on Boost Space modules (since it is compulsory to use it anyway).
-Not a low code automation (still need a bit of a technical knowledge to make it work). Probably need to have a directory for all the error code displayed when making connection.
I've been using Boost.space for a few months now, before this recent campaign, and all I have to say is that it is way better to pay for Boost.space than to pay for Make.com, as they provide amazing customer service and their platform has an great database integration with the automation engine.
Boost.space is a promising tool for those willing to invest time in learning its workflow and unlocking its full potential. Built on the make.com engine, it enables advanced automation and powerful data management, making it ideal for complex integrations.
Its functionality is similar to Airtable but with a more advanced approach. Users can create modules (databases/tables), automate connections with external sources, and manipulate data directly on the platform. Data import and export features enhance its versatility, making it a comprehensive solution for streamlining processes.
On the downside, as a relatively new platform, it still lacks detailed tutorials and practical use-case examples. Fortunately, the team is actively working on an academy section for the website to address this gap.
Pros:
Robust platform: Reliable and functional, perfect for data management and automation.
Accessible team: Responsive and committed to continuous improvements.
Powerful automation: The make.com engine provides flexibility for custom workflows.
Versatility: Access to thousands of modules for total customization.
Cons:
Learning curve: Takes time to master the workflow.
Limited tutorials: More practical examples and guides would help new users.
Ratings:
Ease of Use: 7/10 (challenging learning curve)
Functionality: 10/10 (impressive versatility with make.com)
Support and Resources: 8/10 (great team, but lacks educational content)
Value for Money: 10/10
Recently starting using boost.space. There’s so much more you can do so there’s definitely a learning curve. It’s the perfect place to synchronise all your data from different sources in one place. I haven’t seen any other platforms like that - would definitely recommend!
As someone who struggled with overwhelming tasks and limited resources for automation, discovering boost.space has been transformative for my business operations. The platform stands out for making advanced automation accessible without breaking the bank.
Before finding boost.space, the cost of comprehensive automation tools kept me from streamlining my workflow. Many available solutions were either too expensive or didn't offer the full range of features I needed. This changed when boost.space appeared on my radar.
What truly sets boost.space apart is how it takes the core concept of automation platforms like Make (formerly Integromat) and amplifies it significantly. The platform offers an impressive array of operations and record management capabilities that go beyond basic automation. It's like having Make on steroids – more powerful, more versatile, and more integrated.
One of the most valuable aspects is its vertical integration approach. Instead of cobbling together multiple tools and platforms, boost.space provides a comprehensive, all-in-one business solution. This integration has helped me:
-- Significantly reduce my daily task load
-- Streamline workflows that were previously overwhelming
-- Manage records and operations more efficiently
-- Accomplish more without increasing costs
The affordability factor cannot be overstated. As someone who had to be mindful of expenses, finding a tool that offers enterprise-level capabilities at an accessible price point has been invaluable. It's democratizing business automation in a way that benefits smaller operations and growing businesses.
In conclusion, boost.space has proven to be more than just another automation tool – it's a complete business operations platform that delivers on its promises. For anyone feeling overwhelmed by manual tasks or looking for an affordable yet powerful automation solution, this platform deserves serious consideration.
