I bought Alvanda because I was excited about how it could help me organize my new business. And what I found was exactly what I was looking for. What I especially liked was the Organizational Chart. Even though I'm a one-person company at the moment, the purpose of any business is to work on the business, not in the business. And you have to plan that from the very beginning. So as you look at the org chart, you can start to plan how your company will look from her to two years from now (you need to plan for this stuff if you want it to actually happen). I also liked the roadmap feature, with the strategic initiatives. It's more than just a task list or KanBan board. It helps you visualize your tasks within the context of broader strategic initiatives that will build your business.
