After coaching several hundred businesses, Robert noticed they all needed a tool with utility across all company-wide processes and areas. But no one could find an affordable, simple to set up business process management software to allow them to design, delegate, and track all processes. This is why he created Alvanda.
Set your team up for success. Lead without micromanaging.
Have more clarity by organizing repetitive tasks into procedures.
Keep track of every single moving part of your business.
Say goodbye to individual tasks. Work only on tasks that are part of a procedure.
Create procedures and components for every part of your business.
Manage admin rights and invite your colleagues to join the fun.
It has proven to be precisely what I've been searching for.
The linking between Org Chart, Position, and Processes is heaven to my brain. Having prior experience with platforms like ClickUp, I've been attempting to create something akin to what has already been achieved with Alvanda.
I'm actually excited to watch this software grow, and with it, my business.
Transitioning from a solopreneur to building a successful team has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding phases of my business journey. Before Alvanda, my days were a constant battle against burnout, with a never-ending to-do list and the daunting reality that I simply couldn't keep up on my own. The lack of structure and the reactive nature of my workflow were my biggest hurdles—until I discovered Alvanda software.
Empowering the Less Experienced:
Alvanda has been nothing short of revolutionary for my burgeoning team, especially in terms of inclusivity and empowerment. Initially, I was concerned about the learning curve that might come with any sophisticated software, particularly for less experienced virtual assistants (VAs) I planned to onboard. However, Alvanda’s intuitive interface and logical organization have made it exceptionally user-friendly. This has allowed VAs of varying skill levels to quickly become productive members of the team, tackling tasks that once seemed daunting.
Growing with the Business:
One of the most impactful features of Alvanda is its dynamic user experience, which seems to evolve in parallel with my business. The software intelligently introduces new functionalities as we develop our organizational structure further, ensuring that we’re never overwhelmed by unused features or complex processes. This bespoke approach means that the more we invest in structuring our operations with Alvanda, the smoother and more efficient our workflow becomes.
A Lifeline for Organizational Structure:
For a solopreneur like me, who was struggling with the transition to a team-based operation, Alvanda has been a lifeline. It’s offered a way to impose structure where there was none, transforming my reactive workdays into proactive growth strategies. The software's design caters perfectly to a business in the throes of scaling up, making it easier to delegate, manage tasks, and ensure continuity of service without the previous chaos.
Unmatched Support:
The transition to using Alvanda has been a journey of growth, not just for my business, but in my personal development as a leader. The Alvanda support team has been instrumental in this process, offering guidance and insights that go beyond mere technical assistance. The chance to interact directly with the creators for tailored advice is unparalleled and has instilled a deep sense of confidence in both the software and my decision to rely on it for my business’s next chapter.
Conclusion:
Alvanda hasn't just been a tool; it's been a transformational force for my business. It has facilitated my shift from a stressed, overworked solopreneur to a leader of a capable, growing team. The journey with Alvanda is still ongoing, but the improvements in organizational structure, team empowerment, and personal workload management have already been profound. For any solopreneur facing the brink of burnout and dreaming of a structured, scalable business, my experience with Alvanda stands as a testament to what's possible when the right tools are in hand.
I'm sure I'll be asking for more help in the future, but also feel very confident that I will be able to get it! Thanks again...
Define all your business departments in the org. chart, add up to 100 strategic initiatives to each strategic area in your business in each quarter, use the builder to create your components "Your business outputs", create your business SOPs and link them to the corresponding components, and then start creating tasks to your team. DONE.
Note that each task must be associated to a standard procedure ... any task without a standard procedure means that it will cost you more of your team's time.
Then analyze all your procedures, optimize them for more relaxed experience for your team.
Really, I love Alvanda.
There are lot of tools in the market that can help you manage your business, but for some reason Alvanda is actually a game changer simply because they are willing to help you build any procedure and add any integration that you might need. I was happy to jump on a 1on1 call with Robert the owner of Alvanda to guide me on how I can utilize all the features!
I highly recommend to ask for the 1on1 meeting with the team.
I bought Alvanda because I was excited about how it could help me organize my new business. And what I found was exactly what I was looking for. What I especially liked was the Organizational Chart. Even though I'm a one-person company at the moment, the purpose of any business is to work on the business, not in the business. And you have to plan that from the very beginning. So as you look at the org chart, you can start to plan how your company will look from her to two years from now (you need to plan for this stuff if you want it to actually happen). So even if you're doing all he work, you can put on your "manager hat" for certain tasks, and your "doer hat" for other tasks, and visually look at that. This software helps how you view your own company, so that you don't get caught up in the weeds of your day-to-day activities.
I also liked the roadmap feature, with the strategic initiatives. It's more than just a task list or KanBan board. It helps you visualize your tasks within the context of broader strategic initiatives that will build your business.
Thanks for building this tool guys!
Following up on the last review I indeed confirmed that the tool is good but the ui is not intuitive and the onboarding process is kind of annoying With a lot of frictions. I was looking for a Trello Alternative maybe this is not the right tool but I can see how this tool can be useful for granular hierarchy Though I haven't seen this permission matrix mentioned a description maybe I went past it I have seen an organizational structure with bunch of descriptions inside it but no actual effective permission management between members.
I really wanted to like this tool. It's exactly what I have been looking for. However, the user experience is unnecessarily difficult for reasons I can't understand. For example, when adding some detail and you change your mind, you can't simply click go back. You are stuck. Why can't I create tasks without connecting them to procedures. Why can't I add a direct report like EA to the CEO without creating a department? The experience is too rigid. And it's the little things. I hope they fix these tiny issues. This could be a great tool.
This program seems amazing for my small business. To be able to streamline processes in real time is exactly what we need. Glad they have a task manager built in as well.
Finally one tool where you can create custom processes and track them AUTOMATICALLY!!!! and loads more. Now I can stop all the other 20 subscriptions to other platforms, FINALLY!
