These guys only provided support and promises as long as the deal was running. As soon as it was gone all we are getting is an endless supply of upsell emails and non existing support. We are stuck trying to sync all our Customer profiles from Shopify and the app can't do it unless there is a logged order under each profile. This is annoying because once cannot sync newsletter signups to Zagomail because of this. For 2 months we have been trying to discuss this with Michael in ZagoMail support, and he never comes around with anything concrete. It's a constant stream of stalling and reminding him to follow up. We have gotten in touch with Appsumo to file a dispute about this offering. Apparently 2x max tiers do not even earn you proper communication from these guys. Guys if you reading this, how about getting back to us eh?
