After I missed this app when it was initially offered, I finally bought it when there was a last call moment. I bought Tier 4, of course because I needed to replace the security plugin on hundreds of our clients.
In terms of convenience, this plugin is very good. Support is also okay, responsive. There are only a few shortcomings in my opinion from the agency business side. This is certainly a bit annoying. First, my company handles several clients and has several employees for that. So when there is a new client, we assign a technical officer to do the installation. And if they hold the same license, it is possible that they will use it for another party or sell it elsewhere. Of course I can deactivate it through the dashboard, but imagine if the same serial number is installed on hundreds of websites that are not our clients, and will continue to grow due to information leaks, this is dangerous.
Maybe a suggestion, like the WPVivid backup plugin that I also hold the Agency license for. They generate a new license number every time we need to install it on a client. One number for one website. And it will be locked in pairs with the domain after installation. So one license number cannot be used for more than one installation.
Overall, I am quite satisfied with WP Security Ninja and hope that in the future new features can be added that are useful for ensuring the security of our website.
