I'm very happy with my purchase. I have not used all the features available but I can only assume they should work when I need them. I mainly needed this to reset sites after testing and it does and amazingly good job. I'm impressed with how fast it is and how stupid easy it is to use. Anyone that isn't very tech savvy could use this easily, the overall UX is great, the UI is clean quick and has clear explanations.

When I tried to install the plugins with their licenses in a new websites, I get the following error:

I bought this program only because the plugin manager but it does not work properly.
I bought this product to help recover my WP site should it crashed. I had to deal with this issue a few weeks ago and it was a nuisance. After I installed the WP Reset I noticed that the cloud uploads had an issue. I had the wrong settings in the plugin and my webpage memory needed to increase.
Milos from Webfactory was quick to responded to my support ticket and got all my issues sorted in no time.
I'm extremely happy I bought this tool. No more crashed-site-headaches for me.
If you don't have this tool, then why not? The tool is great and the service is brilliant.

My WordPress lost functionality by using the WP Force SSL product, and WP reset or the support is dead!!

Beware before putting the, into your production. Avoid
Awesome plugin that gives a definite peace of mind when doing updates. Support is very responsive. I had a question and they responded back within 10 minutes, on a Sunday morning no less. Highly recommend grabbing this deal while you can.
This is by far the worst plugin I've come across and after some research have come to realize that many if not all of the 'incentivized' reviews are garbage.
This this will create a 'snapshot' of your db EVERYTIME you update a plugin. EVERY PLUGIN UPDATE!
Think about this for a minute....
You have 5 plugins to update, you now have 5 'snapshots' of your database, all with a few odd letters at the beginning of each table so you can identify the mess it's made.
They say to set the settings to auto delete the snapshots after a couple of days, but that doesn't work 99% of the time. I am currently sitting with 6 or 8 sites filled with extra tables WAY OVERLOADING the database and it's been a nightmare.
What prompted the review now.... Going back to a site that hasn't had the plugin for probably a year to find more tables that it didn't remove and now doesn't even recognize.
What a JOKE and a NIGHTMARE!
