They don't take care when editing your live store without working on a back up first. No accountability when things go wrong. If they have a security breach, your website could be affected too as you're allowing them to inject their JS code directly on your store. Their attention to detail in my experience with them so far is very bad, so I have zero confidence they take the right security precautions.
