Pros:
the support was good, quick, helpful,
the company seems willing to improve,
the voice part of the video was good in audio quality.

Cons:
The video quality is not good,
the documentation not clear enough,
it is unclear if this company will be able to survive in long run because the price of processing will need to be covered somehow and the LTD will not do that long-term.

Wish these guys well.
We cannot use the video, so are refunding.
