Thought I'd try this software out, but it just wasn’t for me.
- The UX feels outdated, and moving through the app isn't enjoyable.
- The features aren’t game-changers for me.
- I don’t see this as a tool I would use regularly, either for myself or for clients.

I’ll stick to Hotjar’s free tier since it offers more than enough features for me.
