TidyCal

We've been using TidyCal for a few weeks and overall, it’s a functional upgrade from Google Calendar — especially with features like round-robin scheduling and paid bookings.

That said, setup wasn't flawless: we encountered a minor bug early on, which was manageable but worth noting.

The bigger issue is the agency plan. It was marketed as a one-time payment for team use, but in practice, each additional team member requires a separate $29 USD license. This wasn’t made clear at the time of purchase and feels misleading. As our team grows, we’re forced into purchasing individual accounts, which undermines the value of an “agency” option.

Verdict: A solid product with useful features, but the pricing model — particularly for teams — could use more transparency and flexibility.
