This is a great tool, to see how your team knows the products that you sell and also to really see if they have the skills to seal the deal. I learned more in one day from this than working and training my team in a year. When I went in and updated some information and then had everyone in sales, work with this, it made it clear who was helping the company grow and who was not. I will continue to use this for training to make sure each team member knows our products and how to improve. Thank you
