Rize

One of the hardest parts of tracking productivity and focus time is that most of the apps I've tried require you to do it manually.

That's the beauty and simplicity of Rize. It runs silently in the background, you can configure and customize it to fit your workflows and role, and it takes care of the tracking automatically.

Many days I forget it's even running until I see my Rize report in my inbox the next morning. The daily and weekly reports are really insightful.

There are days where I hop from my desktop computer (PC) to my laptop (Mac). Rize is installed on both, and the synchronization is flawless from one to the other.

I'm hoping they introduce an app so phone conversations and work done on the phone/tablet can be included automatically. But for now, it's easy enough to manually add that time and sessions into the timeline.

The Rize team is constantly making improvements and introducing new features. It's nice to feel like the software is well supported and is on a good development track. It seems like every week there's a new feature that adds value to the product.

I've gotten my fair share of software on Appsumo, and Rize is, hands down, my favorite so far. Highly recommend it for anyone that's a fan of tracking their productivity, deep work, single tasking, and focus time.
