Been using it for a few months.. mostly good. But has been rather buggy with all sorts of features being mildly breaky. They tend to fix them quickly, but here and there I am hitting blockers. I trust that they will work them out, but it is not yet a reliable tool to set and forget.

most significnat is sometimes campaigns fail to start sending, or don't obey the scheduling rules, not sending when campaigns start, and sending beyond their end. capturing errors is hard.. just requiring looking over things to see it failing, but not know why.

there are processes that take time but don't have time indicator so you don't know that they are complete.

again, once they fix a few more major blockers, I will be happy, but right now I need a back up tool if I want to send a campaign.

Also fyi the most use of this LTD will benefit from spending more on many emails and leads, to use their integrated products. The leadfinder is not yet worth it - very poor quality, and using it to fill campaigns has been buggy.

Not sure I will be able to keep using it. i cannot trust that campaigns will start. Very buggy, without ability to troubleshoot. Concerned that they are adding features without fixing existing bugs, which is just adding more bugs.
