I've tried several cold emailing tools in the past (around three), and the deliverability was always disappointing. I assumed that was just the norm. But after using ReachInBox, I finally understood how emails should actually be sent. The spam rate was the lowest I’ve seen, and the deliverability was the highest. Plus, their Onebox feature takes it to a whole new level.

Inbox feature does not work, we setup all our campaigns and we got zero replies which was strange. Turns out Reachinbox does not live up to its name, so you could say that reaching the inbox is not possible here.

The system is full of bugs. All the 'Status' reporting and ranking systems are not accurate, making it difficult to monitor the performance of my inboxes.

The 'Health Score' warm-up feature is only for show. Several of my brand new inboxes that have been warming up with Reachinbox for 1 month still had 30% of emails landing in spam, but the health score says they are 100% healthy, which is very misleading.

Additionally, the DKIM, DMARC, and SPF record status was faulty. I configured them correctly, but they were showing 'Fail'. They fixed them after I questioned it and turned the status to 'Pass' within seconds, which makes the status reporting very questionable.

The tool is far from perfect..... a few glitches that make it hard to use.

But it does what it says and the support I have recived has been phenomenal.

They have a very strong roadmap and I am in this for the long haul.

In the space of 10 minutes I added 10 email accounts and was sending a few thousand emails almost immediately.

Everyone needs this tool..... they simply are not aware of why they need it

Was really excited to find this tool. I thought it would be a good replacement for the more expensive options. But you get what you pay for.
So many complaints made about not getting most of the replies in unibox. I followed up with their support for several days. But apparently, nobody in the company knows how to solve their issues for months at a stretch.
Hope they come back once major issues are resolved. Till then, having it at any price is a waste of money, time and efforts.

Campaigns simply don't run consistent. Also no support response at all. Complete radio silence.

Hoping they recover in order to give another chance.

My experience has been very positive! ReachInbox has significantly enhanced my cold email strategy. The AI-powered features are impressive and have notably improved the response rates to my campaigns. The platform's flexibility and seamless integration with existing tools have made it effortless to incorporate into my workflow. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my experience using ReachInbox.

Product still has bugs. Fully tested right before the 60 day refund period and a few things need major improvements and fast. I had 30 email accounts:

-Onebox: does not capture spam replies and for whatever reason some replies do not get captured - you will miss out on opportunities and replies from prospects
-Lead replacement not available yet.
-Follow up emails not being sent in specified time range

This app needs a lot of improvement to make, in the meantime, you will not be able to respond to prospects, leads, interested, and potential clients because it's full of bugs. Your deliverability rate will go down. If you switched to this from Instantly.ai, you might want to switch back. I'm taking a refund and never looking back
