I tried it just now. I bought the LTD but now can't login anymore. Like everyone else is saying. Seems like we have been scammed.

This is a complete scam! Day by day, AppSumo is losing trust. That’s why I’ve stopped buying AppSumo products.

RankAtom no longer exists. This "lifetime" purchase only gave me maybe 4 months (if even) of decent use. I wish I requested a refund during the first 60 days. After that, it did not work right and then finally was shut down altogether.

Big scam, what is AppSumo's responsibility in this case?

Cannot access this site, complete scam and waste of money. The creator should be banned from App Sumo and we should get a refund asap.

I received an email today (had to fish it out of the spam folder) saying, "DopeSaaS and its associated products—RankAtom, TryHumanize, and Cirl—will be shutting down permanently on April 30, 2025." To be honest, RankAtom never did much for us over the last 18 months, either way, but there was always the possibility that it could. Now, it's just more money down the drain via AppSumo.

I purchased Tier 4 of RankAtom through AppSumo, and unfortunately, from the very start, it has been a complete letdown. It simply does not work as advertised—or at all. The interface appears clunky, the promised features are either non-functional or buggy, and there’s virtually no reliable support to turn to for assistance.

None of the tools are working. It stays loading for ever and no report is provided. It used to be very helpful. Just not even worth opening anymore.

The tool is completely dead and the developers are just replying with generic message "We are trying to fix the issue.... and all".

The reality is they don't have money to bear the cost of running the tool like servers, API's especially Moz API. That's why they have abandoned the project after collecting money from people.

Shame on these people. Will never buy again from Appsumo if they keep on promoting such scammers.

I purchased multiple tiers (Deal plan: License Tier 4) of this app, yet it fails to return any results for keyword searches while still deducting credits. This is not only deceptive but a blatant scam. AppSumo must intervene immediately and issue a full refund.

This app deal is a scam, bought multiple tiers and the tool does not show any results for any keyword request, but is still charging credits for no results.

AppSumo should intervene and refund

The tool stops working just about a year after its launch! And guess what - We can't get any money back as per the policy. Stay away from this tool's founder.
