I just wanted to say this app seems to be working again. Fingers crossed it stays that way (but I'm a little dubious given the track record.) I don't know what's going on with the founder and why he hasn't kept users up to date but I can now search for and analyse high volume keywords. This is the reason I bought it in the first place. I haven't checked anything else out yet but it looks promising. So if you bought any tiers for this software, try it out again.
So from starting this is happening whenever the tool is on sale on Appsumo, the tool works and in normal days its not, it's not only me many users faced that, and Krishna doing this knowingly, people like him only think about their pockets, not your hard work, and your hard earned money, to test this while I was on Tier 3 of Lifetime, I conducted a Search for Keywords which returned 0 as usual and after that I placed a support request which got no answer and after that I applied for Refund and I got only 50% Back, Krishna Anubhav just halved my money, after the refund my plan also downgraded to Free, and I again did the same keyword search and that returned 1001 Keywords, you know right? it was designed to not work on paid plans or designed in a way to work for or work randomly, and if you are just a guest or trying the tool it will work so you can buy the tool.

The app has stopped working, and the developer is neither responding to my emails nor AppSumo support.
I urge you not to purchase this or any other product from this developer.
The product is not working. No one from the support team is also responding.
There are too many red flags with RankAtom. You've been warned.
It is not working and has not worked for over a month.
It worked fine for 3 months after purchase. Stopped working for almost a month, then worked again. It is no longer working.
Support doesn't answer emails. Their YouTube channel comments are unanswered.
I would refund my purchase if I could.

This tool never worked properly, and since a couple of months, it stopped working completely. The owner does not reply to any emails or contact forms.
He clearly cashed out and then abandoned the project.

This is number 5+ of abandoned projects within 12 months.
I used Rankatom initially. Painfully slow, but at least it did work. So I upgraded to tier 4. Now, absolutely NADA. no results & cant refund either. And as you can see from the other comments and questions, the dev clearly doesn't care. & Neither does Appsumo, it seems.
I've similarly lost out on other products too. Appsumo quality control is clearly full of SHIT. Never buying from here again.
