Love the concept but the core feature of lip sync in Personalized Videos is not working. The mouth looked like a terrible ventriloquist in my test videos =( People have been complaining on youtube (ie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JmJUqV1NcM&list=PLgYA18jLE-cmqrVU_742b2IwdyWZJyqDJ&index=23 ) about this being broken for a year with no reply

The Potion help site is down - https://help.sendpotion.com/. Is this company still alive?

Potion also doesn't allow you to download videos after you record them, so the videos I've recorded there feel trapped.
