Easily integrate goals and performance into people's workflows
This is a great platform to do everything that is written on the tin!
Thoroughly recommend you just on it now while you can because your team will be better off for it.
Ive only scratched the surface and have only used it for the Goals (OKR) feature.... so far so good. Also had a few questions and they were very quick to respond. I highly recommend this
I sent a message around 11pm asking a question expecting to get a response in the morning.
PEOPLEBOX IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED!!!???????
I was blown away!!!
Not only did they respond, but they also brought on their lead engineer to help!
This is the first review I've left on appsumo and I'm extremely glad to do so! These guys are going places and Peoplebox is dope!
I haven't used it much myself but I've stacked it and gave access to my team leader so she could conduct 1-2-1s with the team. She's really enjoying it and said it's already saving her a lot of time. That makes me happy :)
Hello!
Just purchased 3 codes as I can really see how useful this is.
I had a quick look around and setup is very easy and intuitive.
I have one request:
Everything is geared for the Manager - Employee relationship.
If you could add the ability to enter your role / relationship to the employees, then you'll effectively open this tool up to an entirely new use case. In particular, if I can say that I am a coach (as opposed to a Manager) then I can use this tool to track my 1:1 coaching sessions with employees. As it is right now, if I invite someone to a 1:1, they get an email saying that their manager has invited them, making it unlikely that I'll use this for coaching relationships at present.
I've used several CRMs that allow you to specify the words you use for roles, projects (e.g. sessions, engagements) and more. If you could add something like this just for the role, this would be extremely useful for coach - coachee type relationships. Would you consider doing this?
Our business has seen a big boost since we implemented OKRs. But they're kinda hard to keep track of. Tried a few tools (GTMhub, Google Sheet, and Infinity). This one tops the list. Clean interface, easy to use and learn (my team needed no instruction). Just bought 2 more codes to stack. Keep up the good work guys!
We use Ally.io for tracking and measuring OKRs in our agency and pay for an annual plan.
When I saw the deal here and with most of what Ally has to offer, it was a no-brainer!
Given, the product is not polished, but it has great potential.
Abhi and Alagu are smashing it. Loved their support.
I wish them luck and want to see more features.
If you use OKRs you definitely don't want to miss this deal.
Great to have you guys here!
Signed up with 3 codes right away just because we are currently using the Zoho People module / surveys / spreadsheets and our own OKR module and stuff is all over the place.
This really will help us as managers to get our shit together and receive / give honest feedback and work on continuous improvement.
OKR is straight forward, missing some features that for example align board has (different kind of key result options there).
360 degree feedback or peer review system would make this one complete. At the moment it is mainly focused on 1on1 feedback but since the whole team would be there, why not include peer review or 360 degrees feedback the same way?
Roadmap looks great but everything seems to have been added in the last two weeks.
Will watch how this will go during the next 3-4 weeks. A must integration in my POV is Zapier in order to work with responses or action for different integrations.
Good luck here with launching the deal!
This is a different deal but I see valuable use cases. People box aims to improve your team communication with surveys, anonymous messages, and 1-o-1 meetings. It can be an alternative to Standubly in the feature.
They have Adam.ai features to create meetings but 1-o-1, and slack integration.
Pros:
1 - Unique features. The last tool with this approach (Standuply) raised funds, and now it is a success
2 - Pretentious Roadmap with many new features
3 - Clean UI
Cons:
- White-label and multi-language is not ready yet
