I bought Noota a while ago.
Basically, the application was fine, even if I only used it occasionally.
But as many people have noticed on the fb group over the last few weeks, many normally recorded zoom sessions disappear in the course of processing after the session.
No chat response. On the fb group, they show interest in solving the problem, as several people are complaining about this issue. Unfortunately, this is not a real concern, because in reality, despite other messages as requested, there has been no response.
This lack of reliability and the total absence of support (except in appearance on social networks) leads to this rating since this is really a concern.
On trustpilot after a review, again they asked me to send them an email which I did. No reply to date. I imagine it will be the same here...
On social networks, they show concern, but what counts is the processing of requests in reality. I can confirm that I've had no response whatsoever, either on the Noota chat or, more recently, by e-mail!
In conclusion, the application is fine, when it works. If there's a malfunction (non-recording of a visio), no support. The FB group confirms that my case is not isolated. So if recording visios is crucial, I don't recommend it. Nevertheless, I hope they'll find a solution to resolve malfunctions and set up support at the right level.
