At first we had some issues getting the Lerno bot to join the calls, but the team responded to our feedback and fixed that. We now have the analysis for one of the calls, and I have to say, it is amazing. I feel lucky that we got early access to this app. Even thought it's new it's already super useful since we can see a well-written summary of the conversation, and the pain points and concerns along with action items and next steps. On top of this, it also feedback report of what went well and suggested improvements. What's really great is that it includes exact quotes from the call as well. We also have the recording of the call and a transcript so you're getting a lot of value from this product. I'm excited to see how the Lerno team develops the platform. The window to buy this product has closed, but I still felt it important to leave this review once we got the system working. It deserves way more reviews and tons of 5 star reviews, so i thought I'd leave this feedback for anyone doing research on Lerno.
Pretty good so far at Tier 3. Better than a lot of the call recording products out there. I have tried TL;DV, Rewatch, Fathom, etc and none of them have all the necessary features. Most of them won't even let you change the name of the bot. Lerno has all the necessary features and let's you change the name of your bot.
Imagine you were able to always know exactly where you stand with not only a single customer, but all your customers. Then, add to that, insights as to how well you are doing in understanding them throughout their customer journey. Lerno is that, but it's even more.
I have had a session with Lerno and am amazed at how insightful and detailed it's feedback is. There were alot of nuances within the call, multiple people on one camera, technical jargon and Lerno caught it all. Full video capture, detailed insights. It's all here.
The power of Lerno goes beyond a single call though. I will be able to build a relationship with my clients throughout their journey with me. The feedback was spot on and I didn't disagree with it at all. Additionally, I will be able to build upon this client's notes over time and combine them with other clients to learn exactly what my clients are specifically look for. It's win win. A win for me to learn about my clients as a whole, a when for the clients because I can serve them better.
I did initially have trouble connecting the calendar due to the combination of personal and workspace emails, but Tunde and the team spent time to ensure my problems were resolved. Support is a core value seemingly over there.
This tool isn't going anywhere. How do I know? Cause there is nothing else like it. If you want the best for your clients, get Lerno.
J'ai acheté Lerno quand les founders ont dit que l'outil prenait en charge le français. Je l'ai testé sur un call à seulement 2 personnes : catastrophe. La transcription ne veut absolument rien dire. Premièrement, elle est en anglais et non en français (alors que l'interface admin est bien en français), mais ce n'est pas du français traduit en anglais : les mots n'ont juste aucun sens. Donc évidemment tous les insights n'ont aucun sens non plus.

I have been using Lerno now for the last two weeks and see significant value. The transcription is solid, and the insights provided are good. There's a few things that can be improved on, like receiving notification of the summary to my inbox after the call. And API integration would be great.
Love the AI Bot training concept, but I chose to refund at this time. Not able to get something as simple as a calendar snyc to work (Google Calendar) is frustrating.
It says it was connected/sync'ed but then kept telling me to "connect your calendar." Not ready for prime time yet, but I hope it might be someday.
So glad I bought this. User friendly and efficient. A very happy customer
