I'm in the middle of creating a new business and haven't had time or the need to try all of the workflow options in Klevere. But the ones I have used are incredible, and provide insights that I have not found in the other products I've purchased on AppSumo. So, specifically, I've used the website analysis tools:

I own a cleaning company and have 2 websites with different intents and targeting different clients. I used the compare webpages workflow (Feedback to Website is similar), and it was spot on with the description of the designs, the pros, and the cons of each site. Quick example:
- Website A: **UX (User Experience):** The user experience is seamless across various devices, indicating a responsive design. Load times are fast, and the menu provides easy access to all website sections without overwhelming the user with too many options. Interactive elements, like form fills and chat support, are intuitive and enhance the overall user experience.
- Website B: **UX (User Experience):** The website is designed to offer a comprehensive view of the company's services from the homepage, aiming to reduce the need for excessive navigation. However, the abundance of information could impact load times and make the experience less fluid on devices with slower internet connections. The inclusion of multimedia elements enhances engagement but must be balanced with performance considerations.
- **Comparison and Recommendation:**

**Layout:** Both websites serve their purpose but target slightly different user preferences. Website A's minimalist layout is more suited for users who appreciate straightforward, easy-to-navigate web experiences. In contrast, Website B's vibrant and informative layout caters to users looking for an engaging and visually stimulating experience. For better layout based on clarity and ease of use, Website A has a slight edge.

Now the Company Research with Webpage asked for the prospect's website, my company name, and details about my product. It then scans their website, found 4 of their key selling points, and provided a short statement about how my product can fit into and enhance their core services. Holy cow! Talk about warming up a lead:
"3. Unique Selling Points: The company highlights its pet-friendly approach and personalized cleaning routines. Leveraging GreatReviews, they can collect and display specific customer reviews that emphasize these unique selling points, enhancing their credibility and appeal.

4. Time and Service Reminders: GreatReviews’ automated review requests could complement their existing reminder texts/emails, reinforcing customer engagement and the importance of feedback.

5. Consistency and Trust: Their focus on consistent and personable service can be showcased through consistently gathered reviews, boosting trust and attracting new customers. "

God, I hate using the term game-changer, but as good as some of the email writers here are, I haven't found anything else with the ability to add such insightful lead specific information. Write up something great, add some insights from Klevere, and you're going to stand out!

The UI is good and also the concept but it has been realised in a very simple way and at every 3 months of GPT updates, is risking ot become completely obsolete.

Given the talk about "multi-step workflows" I expected Klevere to be something like the app mindpal.space which enables you to use AI to create multi-step workflow automations, including multiple individual agents, each with different settings, that you connect together in flows to achieve tasks. I didn't expect it to be as flexible, but at least something in the ballpark given the marketing.
It turns out this is mainly just marketing. Klevere seems more like a standard chatGPT wrapper with some prompts focused on business functions and an ability to crawl the internet. So "multi-step workflows" are perhaps technically correct, but mainly marketing spin. I tried a bunch of the workflows. The linkedin profile/job match was good. The "hiring strategy workflow" produced a surprisingly short and basic output that I could've got by just asking chatGPT 3.5. Likewise for the hiring letter and others. These actually don't require multi-step workflows anyway.
Definite refund for me. But hey, Klevere works and no doubt it will develop over time so if you don't know how to write a prompt, save it, and reuse it, Klevere might be the product for you.

I may not need all the workflows but what I have used works flawlessly. The image generation is very good. Clean, uncluttered interface. I can't wait to see what else they develop. I wish the plans matched the offerings on the website.

I couldn't find a way to revise my original review, so I was forced to delete it.

There were some initial issues with their website review workflow not working, and my support requests had gone into a black hole with no response for several days. They did finally reach out and resolve the issues, so 5 stars for support, and I'll give it 4 stars for potential.

I love how easy this app to use and each of our department benefit on this AI tool. As well as having a fast response and friendly support from their end.

If you are looking to save time and automate boring but important work tasks, this is an amazing platform. I love how easy it is to use and the premium feel the app brings.

More importantly, the workflows I tried were awesome. Their AI can visit websites/google/LinkedIn etc to get data for different scenarios. 1 or 2 workflows had some issues so I contacted Klevere via their chat and Danny mentioned that this was known and they'd fix it asap. Great customer service which is also nice!

Really impressed with their image generation tool too! They've got soo much under one roof.

I don't really have anything negative to say. Where they currently lack, they have plans to build out. Had a look at their roadmap and if they achieve only 25% of what they set out to achieve, it's more than worth it. This was an instant buy for me. Great job guys!

Love the concept of an AI executing tasks that take forever to complete. That's what Klevere.ai does! It provides an assistant across multiple departments. My main interest is in marketing & sales and there are tons of workflows that help me automate marketing campaigns. Another thing they have is the bulk run feature while helps you execute workflows at scale! I was able to create 10 SEO powered blogs in like 5 mins. The LinkedIn personalization workflows are just amazing!

Eventhough it's not necessary now due to the size of our business, I think the HR workflows are awesome too. I can use AI to scan candidate CV's and do performance evaluations etc. Super handy for the future.

On the downside, I'd like to see more integrations and also a setting that helps me on brand every time so I don't have to keep on entering certain details. I spoke to the owner Danny so said they are working on this. They are new so I'll give them a break but the vision is fantastic!

Well done and keep going. Looking forward to more.

Tier 3 is almost a must with this product. You don't want to feel like your workflow is limited. There are some features that don't work, and some that are on the way.

The plug in and play to create content is nice. I used to have to create long scripts in Chatgpt to get a similar result. This seems like it would pair well with Cold Email marketers. Due to the easy output.

Blog post sound like regular on Chatgpt 3.5, but I'm not using this to create blogs.

AI Image tool is exceptional and hasn't given me 1 bad output. Only downside is only 100 per month on max tier, but at least you aren't wasting your time. Some image generators offer 1000+ per month, but often give me random results.

The entire concept of the Klevere is clever. Using AI to do some of your usual repetitive workflows. AI taking over tasks from Marketing, Sales, HR, to Finance. Saving you time, money, and other resources from managing/hiring more people. This is such a dream for entrepreneurs.

However, it has some caveats (at least for now).

#1 LIMITS
I just ran three marketing workflows, and I was already at 18% of my monthly word limit for Tier 1, which I think is too restrictive.
Come on, we won't be able to do much with that. You should want people to use Klevere more, not use Klevere less. For now, I don't see using it more.
SUGGESTION:
Either increase the words and images limits, especially for Tier 1, or let us use our own OpenAI API Key.

#2 FUNCTIONALITY
1 of them doesn't work because it has a bug which the team already acknowledged.
2 of them I was not impressed with the result.
SUGGESTION:
1. Have a single place in Klevere where we can write what our business, products, services, tone of voice, etc. (So we don't have to keep repeating it for every workflow).
2. Send the AI our Blog Link so it can learn from our previous contents, so it can imitate our style.
3. Schedule content posting to social media within Klevere (I'm looking at LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok).
4. BONUS: AI can suggest what time and day to schedule the post so it can get the most engagement.
5. BONUS: AI can suggest keywords and hashtags to make the post more SEO-friendly or reach more audience.

THE GOOD POINTS
1. I love the UI/UX; it's modern, simple, and easy to use, and the page loads quickly.
2. The dashboard looks neat. Hopefully, it can turn into a business command center dashboard in the future.
3. Danny seems to be very responsive to the queries here. I hope they maintain this.

I would love to see Klevere hopefully reach its full potential and become a specialized Zapier for entrepreneurs in marketing, sales, HR, and finance, with non-limiting and personalized AI integration.

Klevere.ai: My AI Workflow Game Changer (Honest Review)
I recently took Klevere.ai for a spin with a test account, and let me tell you, I was initially skeptical. The "AI workflow" promises from so many apps often fall flat. But Klevere? They blew me away.
