Almost all or all therapy and life coaching platforms support 1) self scheduling, 2) comprehensive intake forms, 3) esigned paperwork, and 4) client portals. I can do workarounds for a few of these, but I found it odd that self scheduling, a key feature on competitors' platforms, is not only missing, but will not be considered in future.

I also found it odd that the founder will not consider a WYSIWYG or rich text editor for confirmation and reminder emails, which was the dealbreaker for me.

See, kiwilaunch can't support intake forms that have conditional logic (and I have my reasons for needing this). That is fine, I can direct the client elsewhere to fill out. They also can't support esigned documents and again, that's okay since I can do the same redirecting. But what I am not going to do, is send the client a block of plain text wedged at the top of a confirmation email that looks like a run on sentence because I need to give instructions as to where to go because certain features are not available. It not only looks unprofessional, but limits accessibility. Some people may be fine with being on the phone to provide information but some will need clear and styled written emails to know what is going to happen next.

It's a shame since there is a lot of great stuff here. I just don't think its a competitor in the life coaching/therapy space. Or maybe that's just me and my business. I can see the value of the platform for other business types though, and for people who don't mind doing the manual work!

Edit update: coaching platforms that have 1) self scheduling (including client's ability to cancel and reschedule without admin), 2) dedicated client portal, 3) e-signature agreements, and 4) customizable confirmation and reminder emails.

Also wanted to note that the response time is... uneven. It can take 2 hours or 2 days. Not a huge issue, but I wish it was more clear. The chat says it will take a "few hours" and yet 2 out of the 4 times I messaged, that wasn't the case.

This has been perfect for my little yoga business! My customers love the ease of searching for my upcoming classes, the payments are easy, the dashboard and analytics is easy to understand, and the look and feel is really clean. 10/10!

Not ready. Lacking the most basic, common sense function like duplicate/copy paste.
Imagine you have a range of date, say 22 dates, three times that day. You have to create EVERY SINGLE ONE.

Duplicate is basic.

I am not impressed or happy. I am leaving appsumo, a platform not worth spending money on, and I wanted to finish my credit on here. I thought my last purchase was this. But no.
Now I have to refund and still have credit on appsumo. Ugh.

As furious as I am with lacking in accountability appsumo, I'm still not going to keep a software that I foresee will frustrated me.
Two stars: one for simplicity. One for good service.

This deal is awesome. For the value it offers, you cant sleep on it. Awesome service, simple to setup and understand, straightforward and just wonderful overall. I would have loved the option to move a few pieces around on the booking page tho. Still it is a solid 5 taco deal.

Kiwilaunch offers all the features I need in an appointment scheduling platform. Orkun was incredibly responsive and helpful when I reached out for support. I highly recommend it!

I was hoping this to be a good software for scheduling calendar meeting but after accessing the purchase code from appsumo I was easily able to apply it on the kiwi launch website but unfortunately the server was down and it was very bad experience and I cannot reply for calendar meeting on such as server whose website itself is down. I wish I could give zero tacos.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Works very well for small businesses. I highly recommend it.

The product is not refined in terms of the features offered. There is no option to change the currency symbol position, either before or after the amount—it is always set to appear before the amount. The program allows the creation of catalogs, but only one is displayed, lacking categorization. The translations on the mobile version do not match the desktop version. Saving and editing services require frequent saving of each sub-tab to avoid losing work. The product still needs a lot of work.

The support has been great. The turn around times along with issues resolution for queries is amazing. Keep it up Kiwilaunch Team...
The site/app performance is very good. No hangups.

Great overall product! Just wish that they allowed Pabbly Integrations so I could pair with SMS-it and send texts to clients for confirmed appointments!
