So I bought it a year ago and found out that the text and audio do not correspond in the text editing, so I could never use the feature for why I got it for. I decided to give the team some time to fix the bugs that i reported. I came back almost a year after, noticed some additional features and...the same basic issue still exist till now. I tried to edit my video to the best I can with the text editor, added the subtitles and tried downloading...it gives me "houston we got a problem" every time after about 15 minutes transcoding on average. It's been a week or to since the first time I tried to download my video...no luck. The support chat estimates to answer in a few hours...it's been messages from me for days and no reply from them. The software seems done without ever hitting the ground running. If I could give minus 5 tacos, that would be more fair.
