Create beautiful online forms that convert

The app works great and at first, it was one of my best purchases on Appsumo. They have recently started very shady business practices where if you need any type of support as an Appsumo customer, they won't provide help for 1-2 WEEKS! Their goal is to get you to purchase a plan. Not only that, any follow-up takes another 1-2 weeks for a response. What a horrible way to treat the people who supported you when you started.

You read that correctly. After falling in love with this amazing form program, yes, it's probably the best I've ever used, I was faced with a problem and needed to contact tech support. My response was a friendly email advising that support takes one to two weeks unless I want to buy a full-priced version that includes pro support. I will say one last time that this is likely the best form program I've ever used, but with a support package like this I believe that appsumo should seriously consider whether they want to include them in a future offering. I would have gladly paid more, but not on an annual basis.

Deal has ended, but I think this update is needed.

HappyForms appears to have changed the login process, which makes accounts unavailible, as far as I can see.

But the key issue is the attitude. When contacting support, you get an email that says they'll get back in 1 - 2 weeks, and if you want it faster, you'll have to upgrade.

That is not cool, not inline with what was offered here, and not in the spirit of AppSumo deals.

Can we do anything about this?

I bought this couple of years back and now I started using it. I had an issue and left a support query. Guess what happened, I got an email saying "Thanks for reaching out. We received your request and will respond in 1 - 2 weeks (your AppSumo purchase includes basic support). If you'd like priority advanced support (24 hours, usually faster), you have the option to purchase a new Happyforms plan"

It's a shame that I have to wait 1 - 2 weeks. It's really disappointing.

I bought this tool because I wanted to have a versatile form with which I could also collect online.

And it integrates with tools like Mailpoet, Sendfox and ActiveCampaign

A good deal considering the number of licenses and the price.

It met my expectations. Thanks.

As a Joomla fan I have a lot of experience with Joomla-specific form builders. Happyforms is more straightforward. And easy to use.
I find one thing less: it cannot update automatically from WordPress. You have to download the new version and install it oneach website you are using. That is not the way I am used to and therefore takes more time in maintenance and management. So 4 tacos.

Use free plugins for some site and it's all basic function, fast, easy.
So buy it for next project which has complex form structure, hope they fulfill.
Consider to add calculation and widget functionality...

By far one of the best form builder purchases I've made in a long time. Happy forms is very versatile form builder that offers so much creativity and functionality!
This is one to get and don't over look its ability to provide the customization needed to build simple or complex forms!

Man this form builder is really the best thing i have seen since wordpress came out. Just love it and stacked it up so i can use it on all my sites. Really good and supersimple. Buy it

this is a quick review before they go away, but I have used the forms on the podcast sites for my clients. It's been doing great so far!

After ditching Beacon as a lead magnet delivery system, as it often did not work and was generally not a great product to use, I decided to build a similar one out using Happy Forms.

I am pleased to say it has worked well. The form builder is not necessarily the most intuitive to use, unless you dive in to the Happy Forms help sections, but once you understand it it is fine.

But it does give lots of options for building out a form, integrating with various providers, etc. You can do a lot with it.

To build out a lead magnet form, it has worked pretty well. Not perfect, as I wish there was more design flexibility, but much better than Beacon was. So for my purposes, it has worked really well, and I am sure I will find many other ways to use it.

I would like to see some more options for design, and more flexibility. Perhaps integrating better with Gutenberg blocks rather than just entry via a shortcode, the ability to individually style elements, etc. But I have found it very useful so far. Looking forward to signature incorporation, too.

but after making the form nicer looking it started not to redirect to paypal. I dont know why. And i tried finding the support and it seems the "SUPPORT" Is way out of reach in their website
