Launch your own email service provider and email marketing agency
Update/Addition:
Warning! Stay away from this software. I reached out via email to inquire about the future of the platform and possibly request a refund. Over a week has passed, and I still haven’t received any response! I must emphasize once again that this is an absolute disgrace. Lifetime deals always come with a certain risk, but selling such a deal in June only to deprioritize the project shortly after, while leaving inquiries unanswered for weeks or completely ignoring emails, is unacceptable. Even on LinkedIn (the only other way to contact the owner aside from the support email), there has been no response.
Original review:
The statement "Launch your own ESP (like Mailchimp) and offer it as a paid service to your customers or clients" immediately caught my attention, and I didn’t hesitate to go for the Tier 3 pricing.
However, the first disappointment came when I realized that you can’t actually set up your own version of Mailchimp as advertised – for example, customers aren’t even able to add their own domains, which is a must-have feature. Not wanting to start with a workaround, I kept the project because it looked promising and thought I would check in from time to time to see how it developed.
In the beginning, there was plenty of feedback, but then it suddenly went quiet. Recently, there was finally an update on the direction of the platform, but it was made very clear that the platform is no longer a priority. It seems they overestimated their expectations.
To make such a statement just a few months after raising money through lifetime deals is quite disappointing, and my trust is now gone. I've decided to move on to a competitor. A shame about the money!
Support has become unresponsive, failing to reply to emails or messages sent through social media.
Waiting over two months for a ticket resolution is unacceptable.
Additionally, the software is a cumbersome monolith that lacks scalability. It struggles to deliver 100k emails, taking 2-3 days even on large VPS servers (in contrast, Mailwizz completes this in under an hour on the same server).
It would be wiser to refund and transition clients elsewhere.
Listen up, because this needs to be said. I'm yanking my old review and replacing it with the ugly truth.
This product has gone from hero to zero. Updates? None since June 2024.
The interface? It's a nightmare straight out of the digital dark ages.
Support? Vanished into thin air.
Try getting help.
Go ahead, I dare you.
You'll be met with deafening silence.
Oh, but they're watching.
This joker reads messages on LinkedIn from a fake profile but can't be bothered to reply. Real professional, right?
It's crystal clear these clowns have packed up and left town, abandoning their clients like yesterday's trash. We're all left in the dark, holding the bag.
It's beyond infuriating. It's a slap in the face to every customer who put their trust in this joke of a company. And let me tell you, I'm steaming.
To everyone who, like me, left glowing reviews - wake up and smell the betrayal. Get back here and set the record straight.
And to anyone even thinking about using this service - run. Run fast and run far. This ship isn't just sinking, it's already at the bottom of the ocean.
Pathetic doesn't even begin to cover it. Stay away if you value your sanity and your business.
I was watching this project for some time and missed it the first time. Was excited to see it back so it was a no brainer as I could ditch mailchimp with my customers and move them. So yes picked up the T3 license. Moved over some of my customers and started sending.
The first few blasts worked well. I then applied a update and sent another blast. All of the sudden my reputation score went from high in postmasters tools to bad in one blast. Look it over it was flagged as stealing customers information. Now I do not know if this was due to emaildelivery platform. All I can say is I reached out to try and figure out what was going on and so far over 40 days and still have not herd back from them. They also have not produced a update at all when they were releasing updates every week or two since. I am now rehabing my list and trying to get it back to its stellar reputation. Again I am not sure if it was emaildelivery platform but I can't really troubleshoot it as support is gone.
And yes the list is 100% opted in customers. It is a local restaurant and all the email blasts do is inform them of the new special. With some links to the doordash online ordering system. So nothing is trying to take the information.
Long and short of this. I feel the need to post this even know I doubt they will be back. I do believe they held out support until the refund period was over and ran after. It should be noted that I did reach out to them back about 4 months ago asking if they ever planned to come back to appsumo. I was told that they likely would never do it again. Why I was surprised they were on it again. But I have a sneaky suspicion they planed to use appsumo to grab a bunch of cash and exit after. That is where I am at.
I really do hope it is something else. I hope something is just out of the control of the devs and they come back and say I am sorry and actually support it. But, I think everyday that chance is going out the window. And I am not sure I trust this at all anymore.
Their Support is GONE!
Its is truly misleading to finish an Appsumo second round and then dissapear. No one is replying to any support email. No updates are being delivered. The entire software is not working properly anymore. Their pabbly integration is also broken.
EmailDelivery is certainly one of the best purchases I’ve made on AppSumo. The software is fantastic. I use it to send emails to over 300,000 people, and everything works perfectly. There are still a few minor details that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the tremendous work already done to make this software almost perfect. I’m also amazed by how fast the user interface is.
My only concern right now: I was used to receiving several updates per week, but the last update was on July 27, 2024. I emailed customer support about ten days ago. I was also accustomed to getting a reply within 24 to 48 hours, but I’ve had no response for several days, and it’s been almost two months without any updates, which is highly unusual. I’m very worried that this product is being abandoned, even though it is one of the best ever listed on this site. Something must have happened on their end.
That being said, there are always solutions. It’s just a matter of talking with the user community to find ways forward. If someone from the team is reading this, please don’t abandon this product and keep us informed if something serious is going on.
Previously they provided email support within 1-3 business days. But since the 60 day money back guarantee period has ended. I and several other buyers have not been able to contact the manufacturer. They have also stopped updating the product since 28-7. The internal features of the product are flawed and cannot be used for resale for any product. I purchased the T3 and am completely disappointed with their commitment to the product while selling it. If you guys can read my review please let me know if anyone has been able to contact the manufacturer.
I bought this EmailDelivery.com when they were first on appsumo and refunded almost immediately because I didn't understand how to set it up. I regretted it almost immediately.
When they came back to appsumo, I bought it, and this time, I paid someone $30 to set it up for me, now I save $300+/mo (maybe more) on email marketing.
I still have a regret... I wish I would've bought Tier 3.
So far, I am pretty happy with the support; they respond in a timely manner (~24-48hr).
Note: if you are someone spending hundred maybe thousands with ESP (ie Mailchimp etc).
Update (Original review below):
______________________________
Once I submitted my review on Aug 1st (PSB), the team reached out to me right away asking me to delete the review and offered me to fix the issue in return. I promptly deleted the review because I wanted to collaborate with the team and make sure the product was working effectively. They assured they would investigate and resolve the problem by August 3rd.
On August 4th, the support team asked me to confirm the affected funnel(s), and I replied stating that all test funnels were affected because I never experienced the feature (follow-up sequences) working.
There were no further updates, and the support completely disappeared. On August 7th, I reached out to them once more for an update. In the email, I also stated that I would give up on the product if it wasn’t fixed promptly. I was assured once more that the problem was “basic/simple” and would be resolved by Friday (August 9th). As of today, the 10th of August, there’s no sign of the promised support or any updates.
Today, I stopped investing time in it and request a refund instead. There’s no point in wasting time on something that won’t work (with zero support). Despite their insistence that the issue was "simple/basic", they never resolved it.
Bottom line: If it works out-of-the-box, then good for you. If you need further support for any reason(s); then (based on my experience) I wish you good luck.
My original review below (Posted on 01 Aug 24):

I liked this product to work for me (the users); therefore, I tried to work with the team to make sure the issues were fixed to make the product better.
One of the most essential features of the tool I require is the ability to send emails through follow-up sequences. So, I tried and tested this feature multiple times (for over two weeks), but unfortunately, emails on follow-up sequences are not sent; except the first email within any sequences - either that’s using broadcast or funnels feature.
I reported this issue to the team, but there was no answer for a few days. Now, as the team is small, support response can be delayed. I then sent another email as a reminder. I received a response asking for root access to the VPS, which I provided promptly.
Now that it’s been almost two weeks, there’s still no response, and the issue remains unresolved.
Hence, I now have decided not to waste my time further and request a refund. “Morning shows the day” - I no longer have confidence in this product. So, I am out!

I hate to spoil the party and leave a review that so departs from prior ones, but something seems amiss here. First, in stark contrast to the other reviews, I have not heard a peep back from them in about a week - not even an autoreply indicating they might be off or on holiday. So my questions are starting to build up, and with no response from them I can only assume the things I am observing are absent, broken, or bugs. For example, my reporting is not right. And there are basic operators for segment filtering that are missing (like greater than and less than). There are other things as well. I'd be happy to change this review if it turns out there is a reasonable explanation for the silence, and I get some answers to my questions. But I'll also note that the changelog, which had been very active, has not changed for about 6 weeks. I fear this project has been abandoned. Or maybe just neglected, not sure which.
I bought the deal a while ago and the Support was great from the beginning because the setup is quiet technical even though they have a documentation.
The interface looks a bit outdated but the functionality is there to do whatever you need in a newsletter tool if you know how to get it to work.
Even if you're not experienced on how to set it up the support was great, you just need to learn and give yourself time to understand how it works.
There's nothing like it on the market for what I know so I really recommend you to get it while you can.
