I bought Tier3 with bare minimum expectations.
Pros -

Cons -
1. No resolutions on any queries.
2. Struggled to get in touch with VIP Support Channel.
3. Support Chat doesn't exist
4. Support agents doesn't care to see the website chats
5. Half of the links go to 404
6. Mailbox - Not working at all even with Google Mails - No one cared to resolve the issue
7. CNAME - Got random errors
Disappointed & going to claim refund.

I’ve implemented several chatbot tools for clients, and CX Genie stands out for being practical. The automation is smart but doesn’t overstep. Human handoff is smooth. Also impressed with the team’s responsiveness, they actually listen to user feedback.
CX Genie looks good on paper, fast setup, fancy AI, all the bells and whistles. Then you try to get help and realize their “support” is just a chatbot that’s one bad answer away from asking you for advice.
It gives you a dead Discord link, nonsense answers, and pretends it’s not even support for the very platform it’s on. Bugs? Sure, fine, I can live with that. But a support system that’s basically an escape room with no exit? That’s a new one.
Great idea, CX Genie. Now maybe hire someone who actually knows how it works.
I purchased the top-tier VIP deal for CX Genie through AppSumo, genuinely excited about the potential of the platform. Unfortunately, it’s been over a month now and I still haven’t been able to activate my deal.
Despite multiple attempts to get support, I’ve been caught in a frustrating loop between CX Genie and AppSumo. CX Genie tells me it’s an issue on AppSumo’s side, while AppSumo insists it’s CX Genie’s responsibility. Meanwhile, I’m left without access to the product I paid for, and without any real assistance or resolution from either party.
What’s been most disappointing is the complete lack of follow-through. Even after repeated follow-ups and polite requests for help, the communication has been minimal and unproductive. I had high hopes, but this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.
Until support and onboarding processes are improved, I would caution others to think carefully before purchasing.
It’s clear that CX Genie was built by a team that understands real customer service pain points. It’s not trying to be a full-blown CRM or a giant automation platform. Instead, it focuses on what matters most: answering repetitive questions, capturing leads properly, and routing complex issues to the right person.
There’s no confusion in the UI, no hidden paywalls, no unnecessary features crowding the screen. The multi-channel integration works without hiccups – particularly Facebook and web chat.
For teams that don’t want to waste hours configuring logic blocks or syncing multiple tools, this is a welcome alternative.
There are still minor things I'd love to see improved (like more native integrations), but as a whole, CX Genie is powerful. The support team is responsive and they actually ship updates. I'm betting that the product gonna go far.
i bought this product twice a tier 3 and a tier 1 because i believed so much in its potential, sadly there were too many mix ups , like receiving chats of a different page on the connected page( maybe because i had quite some pages) it was a hell reaching out out , booked several meetings and in 2 occasions i would be the only one in the meeting, when i eventually got into a meeting with someone , everything i tabled was about they will get back , now its 6 months since i got this software spent over 500$ and i can say i didn't get value , and its past my refund period on appsumo , i am giving 2 star for the effort they put to building , but IT DIDN'T WORK FOR ME !
Honestly, I didn’t care much about AI hype, but the way CX Genie lets me build workflows for different types of leads and how they trigger AI at the right time is brilliant. Conversations can be categorized, tagged, and routed to the right person automatically. It's saving a lot of our team's workload

CX Genie shows great potential for an all-in-one support tool. It’s not 100% polished yet, but the team is very active in rolling out updates and improvements (I’ve seen two updates in the last week alone!).
I reported a minor bug and the founder actually responded and pushed a fix within a day. The core features already deliver a lot of value, especially the AI chatbot and the workflow automations. I’m giving it 5 tacos for the potential and the awesome support team. I can see this becoming a top-tier platform with a bit more refinement.
I’m still amazed at the value we’re getting from CX Genie. We were paying for several different tools before (live chat widget, a chatbot add-on, and a helpdesk system), which together cost more per month than this entire lifetime deal. Now one platform does it all, and we’re saving hundreds of dollars a year in subscriptions. And it’s not just savings, the features and quality are on par with, if not better than, some big-name solutions I’ve tried. A truly no-brainer investment for any small business looking to elevate their customer support without breaking the bank.
