Okay so I left my review but now feel I need to re-visit it. They reached out and have helped me with a few of my issues. And have given me a clearer idea of where this is going. So I am changing my rating to 2.5 from 1 - and will change again if I see the improvements soon. their guy was really friendly and jumped on a video call with me. NOW THAT IS A GOOD STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
Original review was....... The platform is simply not ready for launch. Its a series of menus many of which do nothing.
their own support ticket system does not get any attention.
No iOS app despite being told it is awaiting approval.
Very buggy and I wish I could refund it I'm afraid to say.
