If I could give this zero tacos, I would. Despite taking another $9 off me (monthly upgrade to Tier 5), the dashboard still says "The Auto Agent is currently under maintenance. Please check back later". Trying to get support via the chat is useless and there's no other way to get a response. I may be late to the party in using this, but if you're taking my money, I expect to be able to use the product. Otherwise provide a full refund.
