App does not work, cannot customize email with company name, no response. I wanted to try one code before I upgrade. Will not. Will simply request a refund.
Overall, I like 70% of what this product offers as a really clean alternative to HoneyBook here in Australia (especially since it's not available down here). It's a clean UI, fairly easy to navigate, and is a nice way to manage customers/ clients without over complicating things. I do however have issues with some things relating to Zapier, custom domains, and other components that just don't work as smoothly as they should.
For example;
I am able to create a trigger and have Agiled action a new user being created, however the address fields never populate in AgiledCRM despite all fields being correct and no errors listed in Zapier.
You can't use custom fields in Zapier, which for me is essential to my business.
I can't create a task in Zapier, as it doesn't recognise my user name/ ID as being legitimate and spits out a 'null' error.
My custom domain and CNAME was added and verified fine, but the SSL certificate is non-existent/ unverified on Agiled's end. (ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH)
I have tried submitting tickets, but they either go unanswered or somehow disappear...which appears to be an issue other people are having too.
Overall I want to use it more, but it seems unreliable for my needs given that I need customisation and automation capabilities to work out of the box. If things change, I will update my review.
It's clean and easy to use with lots of tutorials and videos to help you set up everything. Customer service is on point and all in all a great product for business.
After doing extensive research and testing of multiple crm. Agiled is both fully featured and cost effective with there lifetime deals. Cant wait for them to integrate with Wordpress/Woo-Commerce fully that will be a true game changer.

Agiled was initially great and we want to utilize it for our company and resell it to our clients. It just has a few bugs with some issues that force us to not be able to use it, mainly with the Events & Calendars. We also have been added to their reseller program but have not gotten exact instructions on how we utilize this after making multiple request. We are looking to spending money with you guys, but we will have to look for another option if we cannot get proper support if the software is going to be so buggy.

I really want to love Agiled and make it my main CRM system, but my experience so far has been disappointing. For over a year, I’ve been requesting an onboarding session, and despite raising the same issue multiple times through their ticketing system, I still haven't received any solid resolution.
In the absence of the onboarding session, I had to find my own way around the system, which wasn't easy. There are a number of features that have been marked as "coming soon" for an extended period, yet they remain unimplemented. I've also noticed that many support tickets get closed without actually resolving the issues, forcing me to raise the same concerns repeatedly. This lack of follow-through is frustrating and makes it difficult to trust the support process.
Another major issue is the absence of indicative ETAs for issue resolution. I've encountered several bugs within the system that hinder functionality, particularly when trying to send announcements. Despite changing SMTP settings and even trying the default option, I still can't get it to work.
I genuinely hope to improve my experience with Agiled, and I would be more than happy to update my review if the service improves.
Pros: Lots of functionality for the price paid. The UX feels a bit dated but servicable. Loading speed isn't bad. A bit of a learning curve to get going and not the most intuitive. The CRM i used prior to this was Begin by Zoho and that was easier and felt a lot more premium. This has a lot of things I needed to run my freelance business.
Cons: Took a while for me to learn how to use properly unlike previous CRM's i used. Hit and miss with support. Only had to message a few times but some days they respond quick which is great, a couple intances where the response was delayd and 1 instance where I didn't hear from them at all. Eventually worked out my own problem. UX could be improved. Feels a bit buggy sometimes like the invoicing functions.
Overall: I can say its value for the money for the LTD tier 1 for my small business. Just not my preference right now in terms of UX, client portal, more customization for client portals. Also be prepared to spend time learning it if you come from a CRM that is easier to learn or simple to use.
Would i continue to use it? Not for my current business set up. I need a few more functionalities in one platform like email marketing fxn. Also would have wanted to test the accounting function but it wasn't available at time of this writing. Might consider this for other projects I have.
This is very good value for money and overall, worth the buy. The UI needs some work and thankfully they are already working on updating it. Also some of the Custom Translations settings don't work sometimes. It's still buggy and I couldn't recommend it for large organisations yet, but it has big potential. With some of these issues ironed out it can really compete. Well done and look forward to seeing the platform keep improving!
... I honestly feel bad for EVERYONE who never got a chance to purchase Agiled... WOW!!!
Forget HubSpot, Pipedrive, SalesLoft (I have all used these personally) or any other CRM in the marketplace. Agiled dances circles around everyone in the space, INSANE amount of VALUE for the price tag!!
In 30 minutes I had Zoom, Calendar, Gmail all hooked up with my branding. I can create products, invoices, and quotes, I can upload all my docs, create projects, schedule meetings, client portals, and white labeling, payroll, and accounting is in beta!!.. I can even do ticketing!!! The list goes on!!
It is an absolute GODSEND of software FOR ANY solopreneur/entrepreneur with a small-med size business who is looking to consolidate other pieces of software into one central platform to run their day-to-day operations!
Personally, I was attracted to the CRM and ability to quote/invoice to get rid of HubSpot, but WOW, so much more!!
Agiled is a GAME CHANGER in the space and they have a very bright future ahead of them!!

The Product is well thought and would enable any small business or professional firm. I used it as an alternate to more expensive options and found it completely aligned to my needs. The key selling points are whitelable, fully customizable and immensely supportive and responsive team.
I've tested it now and have to say that it feels like a poor replica of SuiteDash plus a few extra features in some respects on a high level, but some things don't work properly and are really round.
I received error pages "Ooops. Something went wrong", created docs that were clearly assigned to a test customer do not appear in his client portal, but the wiki is displayed in the main menu, although this should actually only be displayed to employees, not clients. Signature did not work either, and the customer cannot even change his address in the portal himself. The new proposal editor is similar and unfortunately just as unitutive as the one from SuiteDash (the old, no longer supported, so-called "Classic Proposal" seems to have been even better (like modern fast website builders). An uploaded image file cannot be opened / viewed in Files, but only(!) downloaded again. The (german) translation is also not very good and partly incomplete.
And I also feel that the LTD offer here is slightly worse than that of SuiteDash, as Agiled has restrictions on the number of automations and pipelines deals (even if you get double team members and storage for about the same money).
The only advantages of Agiled are probably the slightly better speed, that they have an app (appropriately with not very good reviews) and possibly a slightly more modern UI, but what's the point if it has no real innovations or improvements over SuiteDash, but comes across as significantly less round and reliable!
And if I've seen this correctly, Agiled has already been on the market for a few years!
By the way, both portals have a relatively high degree of complexity with many submenus and setting options.
In some cases, I can well imagine that lighter and more innovative CRM and customer portal systems would be a better fit and more enjoyable to use.
Had a initial bump in the road getting my login to work and support was slower than I would have liked.
But, now I'm in it looks and feels great. Shows great promise for a SME CRM and Business Management system
