I was initially very satisfied with Acumbamail, especially its stability and delivery performance. However, I am now extremely disappointed.

Without any prior warning or explanation, my account—on a legitimate lifetime plan—was suddenly blocked. I immediately contacted support over a week ago, but have received no meaningful response. This service disruption has caused serious issues for my business.

I am leaving this 1-star review not because of the platform’s functionality, but to express my frustration with the complete lack of communication from the support team.

I sincerely hope Acumbamail will address this issue promptly and restore my account. I will be happy to update my rating once this is resolved, but right now I cannot recommend this service to others.

Thank you for your reply, but I must strongly disagree with your response.

First of all, I did not receive any prior warning from Acumbamail regarding the alleged violations. Your claim that I should "check previous emails" is baseless unless you can provide specific evidence of such communication.

Secondly, every single campaign I’ve sent includes a proper unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are promptly processed—both automatically and manually when needed. Many users have successfully unsubscribed without any issue.

Your statement that “multiple recipients reported receiving emails after unsubscribing” lacks transparency. How were these reports submitted? Through what mechanism? When? I request that you disclose this information.

My campaigns are sent only to users who registered for my crowdsourcing platform, and all have clearly opted in. This is not spam.

I have over 80,000 recipients, so naturally the total number of complaints may be higher than average, but the complaint rate (as a percentage) has always been within normal range, as I confirmed regularly via the dashboard.

In short, I believe my account was suspended without a proper investigation or fair warning, based on subjective or unverifiable reports. I urge Acumbamail to take responsibility and review this matter seriously.

I will update my review once this situation is resolved appropriately—but until then, I stand by my 1-star rating.

After explaining the situation to Acumbamail’s support team, I’m happy to report that my account has been reinstated. The suspension was the result of a one-time accidental campaign sent during development, and Acumbamail has reviewed and accepted my clarification.

I appreciate their willingness to listen and resolve the issue fairly.
While the initial lack of communication was frustrating, I now believe they take user concerns seriously and act responsibly. I’m updating this review to reflect the current situation.
