Based on other reviews and complaints, it seems I am not the only one who has been blocked before even having the chance to create an email campaign. It appears this is a recurring issue with their service even for those who just purchased the product, which does not instill much confidence. While support did resolve the issue, they could not explain what specific criteria they use to block new users and how to prevent it. I also don't like that they insist on using Spanish in parts of their communication and site design which doesn't always translate properly to English.
Considering these issues and the alarmingly high number of complaints being reported by reviewers over the last year, I don’t know whether I can truly rely on this tool.
