I wanted to check if there is a top up coupon I should be able to add. When I logged into my account I am getting this message. "Your account has been blocked
Contact support desk for more information" and an accept button which does not do anything.
What am I missing here. This is not expected for the kind of fan following this has. Kind of shook my confidence in the product. I accept I am not regularly using it, but thats the case with most of us that we buy in advance in anticipation of a future business plan.
