Absolutely non-existent technical service.
They do not respond to any request, nor any mail. Then no campaign can be sent as it requires your approval.
Time to look for alternatives trying not to lose money again.
More than 15 days trying to connect, sent generic mail to the founders, dozens of messages and no response.
Dopo un mese dall'acquisto di Zagomail, sono davvero delusa dal servizio clienti. So configurare la piattaforma da sola e ho seguito tutti i passaggi correttamente, ma c’è chiaramente un bug o un problema tecnico che senza il loro intervento non posso risolvere.
Questo errore mi impedisce di completare due operazioni fondamentali:
Integrazione con WooCommerce – Ho impostato tutto nel modo corretto, ma qualcosa non funziona e senza il loro aiuto non posso risolvere il problema.
Importazione dei contatti – Ho trasferito i miei contatti dal mio precedente provider di newsletter, ma senza il loro supporto non posso completarne la conferma, rendendo inutilizzabile il servizio.
Il vero problema è che, dopo un mese, non sono ancora riuscita a ricevere una risposta dall’assistenza. È inaccettabile per una piattaforma di email marketing non fornire alcun supporto ai clienti, soprattutto quando si tratta di problemi tecnici che bloccano l’operatività.
Sono molto dispiaciuta e mi darò ancora questa settimana per vedere se risponderanno e mi aiuteranno a risolvere la situazione. In caso contrario, sarò costretta a chiedere il rimborso.
Spero che questa recensione possa essere utile ad altri utenti e che il team di Zagomail prenda seriamente la questione per migliorare il servizio.
I've used Zagomail for quite a while now on several big email blasts. For the most part it's ok, but our last email blast never went out when it was scheduled and no one from support got back to us. We ended up having to rebuild the email in another platform and move all of our contacts. Super frustrating!
We have experienced app/system issues since November last year about the failure to send scheduled emails from automation. To make the issue worse, all of the intended scheduled emails went out on inappropriate dates. Despite multiple follow-ups, we haven't heard back from them regarding this issue, and it has not been resolved up to now.
Fast-forward to Feb 3. Even the regular email campaigns that need to be sent out manually do not work. We sent another technical support issue about it, and again, despite multiple follow-ups, we haven't heard from them since Feb 5.
In summary, Zagomail is unusable. Even its most basic feature, sending emails, is not functional. To make it worse, their support is unresponsive, and they just leave their users hanging.
Poor poor poor. Have been trying to use this consistently for a few months now but every time I log in I find myself contacting support and generally getting ignored.
Just spent the afternoon formatting my client update email only to find... you can no longer send emails.
This used to be a great software when I first bought it, I actually just upgraded tiers to increase subaccount limits. My clients loved it, I loved it... and then POOF error messages across the board. No emails can be sent from the software (so no campaigns, no test emails, no user signups, etc..). Support is almost entirely unresponsive via chat bot and email. I say "almost" because I actually did get the following email from them (after over a week of radio silence):
"Hi there,
We 're experiencing some outage on sending, our team is working to fix it and we will update you once done. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Michael
Zagomail"
However, I've heard nothing since...
The app is not working now, and the support is slow. I'm really disappointed.
We bought the product on 27.01.2025 - waited three hours after the registration of the product for an confirmation mail -> nothing happened so far
Opened a Chat ticket the same day on the product website to ask for support -> nothing happened so far
Wrote on 28.01.2025 directly an e-Mail to support mail --> nothing happened so far
That´s why we refunded today -> very poor experience
This process certainly also has an unpleasant aftertaste for the appsumo platform.
I've been in contact with support for a week and it's not working, it doesn't send any kind of emails, neither confirmation nor campaign emails.
I purchased Tier 5, and the Zagomail service stopped working. I sent multiple support emails and chat requests for help without any response. I see so many other people haveing the same issue. This completely ruined my campaign and offer, and I scrambled to get an alternative to run the business, I was extremely disappointed and need a refund.
Zagomail used to be excellent. Initially, it was great, so I invested over $400 in a lifetime deal they offered (sent to my email), upgrading to include subaccounts. Now, after onboarding clients, the system doesn't work. I've sent countless emails and just want it fixed. I'm feeling so disappointed and duped. I will update my review as I get a response. It's also a shame that AppSumo would not put pressure on a brand to follow through and check in.
I have tried contacting support multiple times, but had no luck. Zagomail was working perfectly, but now it no longer sends emails and shows an error when I try to send a test email to my address.
