The Ultimate Visual Feedback, Collaboration & Productivity Tool for Web Professionals

I can't begin to tell you how useful webvizio's platform has been, a breath of fresh air when it comes to engaging with clients who want to make a bunch of changes and request for changes and ask for timely updates and status updates and so forth. One of the things that I truly appreciate was being able to have all of this under one umbrella while making it very easy to use for both myself and my clients is practically priceless. It gets out of my way and makes it easier for the client to engage and leave feedback on sites that I've done for them. Best of all, my guests can collaborate without registration! Which many appreciate.

One of the things that I thought was going to be a limitation was having a coming soon page and not being able to give access to the clients but what Vizio has a solution for that which is to allow screenshot uploads that the users can comment on which is incredible and a much needed feature that I realized I never knew I needed until it happened in my situation. They also support freaking .pdf and .psd formats (adobe/photoshop) which is super helpful for sharing design work at an early stage for wireframing.

Some things that I also look at is, do I get the help that I need and so far I can say absolutely yes the team has been very responsive when it comes to my inquiries and questions and when I don't know how to do something or something's acting funny. I've been using this platform for just over a year and I've seen a massive amount of improvements. I'm always looking forward to the continuation of the development that they bring and they actually listen to their audience.

The guest not being able to add attachment to comments is a huge deal breaker.

Also 80% of the sites I added keeps loading for ages. Support is asking to install an extension in case it happens.
Well... Sorry but I can't ask my clients to signup to yet another tool in order to comment and add an extension on their browser if the site does not load...

It really is a shame... I thought i found an alternative to markup.io pack in a LTD... I'll stick with markup.io

We recently introduced feedback to our team using WebVizio. This is a huge saving in time and ease of processing feedback. Very convenient and clean UI/UX and easy implementation. This was also important because most of our clients are far from technical skills; previously they sent screenshots and text in Word, but now they are happy that it has become even more convenient for them. Very fast and high quality support service. Thanks to the developers for a great tool and I don’t know how we worked without it before!

Hi there, I want to thank you for such a good product. I would also suggest adding features like "text selection", "area selection", and "Code view", but the overall experience is positive. Currently is just the mark with a task number.

The core tool is well-designed. But, I am struggling to make this an acceptable experience for a customer. Unfortunately, the support has been very dismissive (it is what it is approach) .. Maybe I just got Alex on a bad day.

The permissions just don't work, an admin is not full admin, a PM doesn't give enough permissions to do a full job without the admin getting involved. There are too many, oh well you had to do this, then this. It just is not geared to be able to work for a team. If one person is out, then you can't update their folders or add a project to their folder without them. If you are admin and create a folder no PM can add projects to it. So the whole team working and updating and creating just dies...

We had hope, but a big no for us. The support reply every time is add it to the roadmap and see if someone votes for it...

I just took it for a spin with a contractor and it made the process of offering feedback extremely easy. Love it!!!

Better late than never. As a graphic designer, this is almost a necessity. Although I have tried / Have other review platforms, so far this one is the best for websites and even designs. I'm glad I took notice and jumped on board with the amount of days left.

You want to send your clients your work to proof? This is the tool you need. Simple and effective.
The best part: your client does not need an account , just send a link and they can comment. Awesome!

Seriously good quality product. A great example of doing one thing really really well.

It is such a nice tool I am inventing use cases. A feedback tool for my academics to give feedback on changes or improvements for an online course. I hope that it works well with various password protected content.

I am not usually a fan of such single use tools. But this is so well coded and with an unlimited top tier. I will max out just because of that generosity.

Maybe Webvizio could integrate with Notch for an awesome tool for small agencies.

It's too early to say, but I like how fluid this is. It is built like an enterprise product. My first impressions are as follows:
1. Easy to use, and has a few use cases in mind.
What I am thinking is, for clients, I will invite them to Webvisio, and allow them to add "tasks" or feedback on what they want or need fixed. It instantly notifies you when a comment is made. No more can you do this, and any updates on this?
2. Design work. While, I am in no means a designer, but, this is a great tool to collaborate with team members or ask for feedback new products anyone?
3. Collaboration. This goes hand in hand with the previous point, but you can work asynchronously. No more, "hey I know you're busy, but can you take a look at this when you're done." communications. It saves you time, and your team members as =they can get to it later.

What I like:
1. Collaboration
2. Everything just works and it is seriously simple to use.
3. Sharable links where the commenter doesn't need to sign up. Great for when potential clients don't need access.

What I want to see:
I want to see more of web development and design features similar to ruttl. It allows the client to address certain controls that you don't initially get from a simple comment. While they can add as much details, if they are not very technical WYSIWYG. The back and forth stuff would be virtually eliminated since the client is literally showing you what they want.

Still need to test it out further, but I am excited to see what other ideas I can think of.

Excellent product. I really like the way they made the platform experience. The onboarding is super descriptive and shows you around the whole platform.

I've been using marup.io for about 2 years now and Webvizio is just way ahead in terms of features and UI. The fact that we can make the page responsive at any size, add priority to the tasks, collaborate on not only websites but also images and videos, and on top of that you can rebrand the entire platform wit h you band colors.

Webvizio is definitly in the top 5 tools i've purchased on App sumo in years.
