Pros: super easy to use, Full accounting package, service like book keeping can be purchased, can run multiple business and have multiple users.

Cons: All the above could be done for free, and I understand that watch business needs to make money. But the structures the plans to be based per business not per account. So, to get features like sending an invoice via email you need pay $20US per month for each business, we have 5 businesses, that's $1200 per year. Obviously more features are added, but structuring fees by business and not by account does not make sense.

It's still 4 stars, we love using it, and if they ever fix this recent change, then back to 5 stars.

I switched to Wave after using an incredibly geeky accounting software for years. I used to dread entering all my transactions, but Wave makes it so simple and straightforward that I actually look forward to using it. Plus it's great to have the dashboard where I can see charts showing how my income and expenses are tracking for the year. End-of-year reporting was super easy too. One concern is that it's totally cloud-based, but I've made a habit of downloading my data file after each accounting session, so hopefully I'm backed up if anything ever goes sideways.
