What initially looked a good idea has turned out to be a disaster. More background checks needs to be completed on these suppliers.

Looks like a scammy company this product no longer works it just keeps spinning ......

This app came with big promises but ended up being a huge disappointment. I agree with most of the 1-star reviews here; the app no longer works properly. It’s painfully slow, and most of the time it doesn’t even load at all. At this point, it feels like a scam, and I feel robbed not only by the developers but also by AppSumo for allowing this to be sold in the first place.

This app was responsive and on point, now it lags for 5 plus minutes and there is no support help. I have reach out several times inquiring about this issue and received no response, when initially I did. Either they sold the app and realized they were in over there heads and decided to just jump ship or they sold the app until no one could refund and then stopped participating in making this a great app.

They sold their product then RAN AWAY

Can't login (as the magic link doesn't arrive in email). No reply from HELP even after months!!!

VERY SAD

Not responsive and no support replies.

AppSumo, you promoted this deal, ran video intros, and onboarded these guys to your platform yet now they’ve vanished. No support. No updates.

What are you doing to protect buyers and your own credibility? If we can’t trust the products you feature, how can we trust AppSumo moving forward?

Well, it worked, or it seemed to, for a bit. Pages got indexed. But it logged me out, and of course rather than having a username and password, they do that stupid "email you a magic link" thing. My mail is working fine, coming in from all directions, they aren't sending.

So, another in what is becoming a long list of apps that just stop honoring the AppSumo deal.

Another AppSumo failure. I should have known WarpIndex was a scam from the get go. They don't give a login and a password. They make you submit your email and then send you a link to access, but the link no longer works. I paid for this software and can't use it. I have been trying to reach their support for over a week, and all that's there is a stupid chat bot that says thanks for submitting a bug. No one responds. This is dead software. Do better AppSumo! Do better WarpIndex!

Not doing anything, not indexing anything. Just has a nice UI and that's it.

This app had good intentions, I own it since August 2024, so close to a year now, and it does not work as intended, the last scan of my site runs for over 3 weeks and still not done, everything is extremely slow, not just the indexing, also the site, and the index / ranking does not change a thing, over months.
To me it looks like a cash grab, let's develop something cool, sell it to as many people as possible and then abandon it....
I have never ever left a bad review until now. and I'm more then happy to delete this one if things change... so please proove me wrong, I really was convinced...

Another deal that seemed excellent - we discussed it in my dev group and a few of us purchased it.

So far, it has indexed NOTHING. Months have gone by and TWO pages for one site have been accomplished, the other sites have had ZERO progress.

I do hope AppSumo will stand by us.

In the future, AppSumo should be requiring a percentage of all sales to remain in ESCROW for one year to ensure that we get our money back and these folks are held accountable.

This is the last straw with me and appsumo. I purchased Appsumo plus and I was supposed to be eligible for the we got your back guarantee for this product. Its more like we don't have you back guaranteed. I contacted customer service have got the run around about this product and the run around through chat. I showed screen shots of what I was referring to and no response in almost a month. I followed up six days ago and still you guessed it no response. I will not be renewing my plus membership, Appsumo refuses to even honor that.
