I've been exploring what TaskMagic can do for me personally and for my business, and it's been nothing short of fabulous so far. There's a bit of a learning curve, but the team at TaskMagic is ridiculously responsive - some of the best customer service I've ever received. I've bought a number of things on AppSumo, and this has hands down been my favorite so far. No regrets.

I activated and used it for about two months

I don’t like being the "one taco guy." I don’t.
When Task Magic came along, I thought it was perfect for me. I put it on my credit card as a production investment, as I found robomotion to complicated.

I contacted support several times for help with login and session opening, but I haven’t received a response for over a month.

I wanted to like Task Magic. I think it has potential, though it has some quirks. The step naming didn't work for me; the list trigger doesn't keep the step order flow exclusive when there are several list triggers in a workspace. At one point, the Chrome profile also had issues, but I believe there are workarounds for all of this. I prefer light mode over dark mode and would like the steps to be shorter to take up less screen space for easier navigation. I it is good for scraping websites, also it has a two-click google sheet integration.

The support responses were always very polite.

I want to keep this program because they are innovative and creative. They are now adding MailLeads, which is fine, and they have LTD cloud hours and LTD proxy, but it requires more investment.

Currently, I’m using Robmotion. It was more complex to learn, but I ended up using it while waiting to use Task Magic.

Now, I’m unsure whether to keep it for its potential or let it go since I’m not currently using it, and my 60 days are running out. At this point, I need to be mindful of my budget, and don’t know if I can use it

This tool has allowed me to do so much with automation in my business that I am almost exclusively working "on" the business now and not "in" it. I am very familiar with tools like Zapier and Pabbly, but this filled the gap of actually needing to enter and scrape data from sites that don't have an API (or charge you extra for it). This has been a game changer!

I will say, they are working through some small bugs and UI issues, but the support team is very responsive and happy to help. I am very excited to see where this product goes!

i have tried to set up automations for hours. i have set it to scrape link, what does it do? it give me the text NOT the link even if it was correct in the preview. thank you!

i generate a loop, so that it does the same link list on page 2 again, after it clicked on the next page button. what does it do? nothing. sorry but it doesnt even deserve 1 taco!

Been using Taskmagic and their new email tool mailead to create a few automation for cold outbound and its super cool what it enables you to do :)

Excellent concept, kind of works. But everything I have been trying to do just doesn't quite work smoothly. Its a bit clunky, its a bit buggy.

If it is working for you or you have the patience to do work arounds for the things that are meant to just work than the tool would be useful.

I can't justify the large expense for what seems to be a 75% completed, but excellent concept. I have requested a tier 4 refund.

Already the owner is onto selling the next bit of software, reducing my confidence that this software will be fully bug free and easy to use.

I hope that it does work better in the future, and I will keep an eye out and pay the monthly subscription if it does, but it wasn't for me as it stands right now, at >$500USD.

I bought TaskMagic (Tier 1) for the screen recording, but the one feature I wanted wasn't available... (Unless you do a site upgrade for 40 or 50 a month..)

I tried the Mac app as Task Magic suggested for the feature, and all I got was an upsell. LOL.. Go TaskMagic... Bait and switch at it's best. My thought was to try the windows download, but the download was over 3 hours to download, wait, it's actually 4 hours.

I did send a support ticket, no response.. I waited a few days and kind of gave up.

I suspect you need to buy more than one (which is the free tier for their regular customers..)

Maybe a great product, but for me it's just false advertising, and complete bait and switch.

I bought it because people were so excited. I was looking to hire an employee to do help me in my company. Zerowork does a lot of those tasks now. Taskmagic has a lot of very nice features, it is less intuitive
Overal a nice product with great potential.

I'm still an absolute nub when it comes to automation and learning scraping, but the amount of help and responsiveness that his team has given me has been absolutely amazing. Not only does the responsiveness and desire to resolve issues (it shows!) build confidence, it makes clients want to give referrals.

Not here because I got offered additional perks and bonuses to write reviews, etc.; totally here of my own volition because of how awesome Jeremy and his team have been. Would give 500 tacos if I could!
