I bought this well over a year ago if not longer. I have not used it much until recently and I have to say the improvements they have made since I purchase is just amazing. The AI agents, user interface, separate app, AI project generation is just amazing. They are always doing updates and sending emails about what has changed and these are usually major changes.

Taskade is a real gem. This software is constantly expanded, modernized and improved. It is flexible and versatile, as well as easy and pleasant to use. Additionally, it has amazing possibilities thanks to AI. Speeds up individual and team work. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

This was one of the coolest tools for both business and personal use. The ability to take notes, leverage AI to quickly make documents, outlines, and mindmaps, etc... the tool is based!! The addition of impressive AI agents and automation features is ongoing. Easy to use. Highly productive, and just fun to work with as a business automation tool or second brain. It has become one of the tools I am hooked on for just about anything. I have decreased my use of OneNote too for like 85% of what I used to use it for. It is a primary 1st draft writing tool. Now being able to add knowledge, documents, websites, and content is great to make the AI and automated tasks even better. John and his team are crushing it. The team made a home run!! The only pain point is : TABLES

Except that I dont use anymore other tools for to do , in my desktop + tablet + mobile phone.

I'm astonished how almost every other week I get an email from Taskade about new features they're adding. This is definitely one of my favorite purchases ever. Incredible value.

Still one of my greatest purchases to this date. The only app the promised and delivered all the future updates not like bramework or other apps that forget about their early adopters/LTD customers and stopped giving updates.

I know this deal will most likely never be back, but wanted to share this since I saw a lower review ripping on "plans" not working correctly.

Without knowing I have been using the "free plan" for over a year although I bought this deal over 12 months ago. Wasn't until today when I need it to sync to my Google Calendar did I go in and look at my plan.

Sure enough it had a workspace "ACTIVATE / UPGRADE" button and as soon as I clicked it it allowed the "Pro" features to be used like Google Calendar sync / Zapier / etc... So overall this products free version was already pretty good as I was using it without even knowing it; but a year later I was able to still redeem / honor what they promised to first time supporters. Long story short make sure all early adopters are clicking on the right things inside the settings and thanks Taskade for an awesome app!

This team has been amazing and I feel lucky to have bought this when I did.
They are constantly making updates and always improving and already great program.

I LOVE Taskade. I've used many apps, but my frustration has always been this: they're either note-taking apps, to-do lists, or project management apps, but they're not all of them.

Taskade is a 'life' management app, in my opinion. I love the quick add feature, which serves as a brain dump for me. You can add as many tasks and folders as you need and share them with others. I use it to keep track of my personal life with my family and on work projects with my team.

I've used Taskade for almost a year now. I use it for every aspect of my life. Their AI features are some of the best I've seen, and they keep updating and adding new features constantly.

Amazing software that gets better all time with the best A.i. features I've seen on any notes app so far. Would love a little more flexibility in making scrum boards but that would still be nit picking it's the best productivity app I've used.

Taskade is absolutely fantastic! First of all, their LTD (Lifetime Deal) offer on AppSumo was incredibly generous. I couldn't believe how much value they provided for such a reasonable price.

And the best part is, Taskade is always evolving! The constant updates and improvements show that the team is dedicated to making this software top-notch. It's reassuring to know that they're committed to providing the best user experience possible. As an example of this, the AI functionality in Taskade is simply amazing. There is a lot of features in Taskade AI and it is in development another one where you can query documents.

Honestly, I can confidently say that the Taskade LTD on AppSumo was one of the best deals I've ever purchased.

Not honoring deals terms is unethical. All future updates for lifetime were mentioned when being early supporter of this tool (ie when bugs were getting fixed in this tool) ... But it is limited for storage and credit based work now.. This is not for what we paid for..
