I have subcriptions to business services, streaming, tooth brush heads and, yes Olive Oil! It is easy to loose track of subscriptions these days. That is the primary function of Subly. You put ALL your subscriptions (Yes your mobile phone service IS a subscription) into the Subly platform and easily see, when broken down by month just how much you are spending (be prepared for a shock). In addition it can reign in rogue subscriptions (those you have subscribed to but have forgotten, or that initial $7.99 a month subscription that is now $25 a month!)

How often had you forgotton to cancel a sub before it renews for another year? Subly solves this with reminders that you set yourself to remind you "X" days in advance with a link to the site so that you can cancel before the renewal date. This saves wasted time as well having to track down customer service and going through the steps of cancelling and getting a refund.

There are other great additions like:
1. The ability to group your subs by tags. I use "Personal" and "Business"(I break down several of my businesses with tags) so that you can filter and see where the funds are going.
2. Pausing subscriptions that you have suspended and
3. Archiving subscriptiosn that you have cancelled.

Subly to keep track the subscription you have.
Ability to create alert to notify your subscription either daily, monthly, or annually.
Also it can keep track all your LifeTime Software in a centralize location.
A++ on the product.

I've tried a lot of apps over the years, including others in this category - and Subly is hands-down amazing. It's quick and super easy to enter your data, the configurable spaced reminders are genius, and the reports are excellent. Honestly, I don't impress very easily, but with Subly, I am impressed. This is so much more than just a "subscription" app - this is a billing and organization tool that will take a real burden off your shoulders. I can't imagine anyone not finding this incredibly useful, whether they use it for business or personal use. Five stars plus!

Subly is a powerful subscription management tool that has revolutionized the way I approach my personal and business costs. From the get-go, the user experience is glorious – the ease of use, flexibility, and degree of customization makes it feel like an Apple product.

Far more efficient than even an Excel sheet, Subly makes it incredibly easy to plan and organize each area of expenditure, giving more clarity and visibility to my income statement. It's hard to believe I'm getting all these features for the price tag! Especially with the ability to track up to 200 active subscriptions.

My only regret is that I didn't come across Subly sooner! The customer service was great in fixing a small bug I encountered, too. Subly should be considered a must-have tool for any entrepreneur, providing cost-efficiency and great value. Highly recommended!

Nice product to track subscriptions.
I use it for domain & SSL cert renewal / contracts.

I shared it with my team, i'm waiting to view reminder & reports.

It is possible to add:

1 date renewal with multiproducts

add custom reminder days (like 90 days, depending of contracts)

Add SSL Certificate in Categories

*Beside Tag filter please add a tab for *ONE TIME*, cuz it's frustrating to see ltd's on All projects. (As people would prefer to see upcoming subscriptions for all projects at a glance)

Simple and elegant UI, great features and easy (even fun!) to use.

I've tested a good few subscription trackers and so far, Subly is the best — especially for LTD's. It has an intuitive UI, many customization options, and the team has been very quick to respond to any issues I've experienced. As somebody who manages a lot of subscriptions/LTD's, it's a real lifesaver.

I'm happy with this app.

I've added tons of things I've boughten and now.I feel way more confident purchasing items online, knowing I'll get reminders & be warned before trials are over.

I feel there is room for improvement–– sometimes its annoying uploading images b/c have to manually download if it doesn't pick it up from the site manually. So sometimes I'll have to find the favicon, download it & if it's not in one of the two accepted formats, convert it into a png. Annoying.

Other features are great! love adding one-time purchases and unlimited LTDs, super helpful!!

I considered to add my extended familie's subscription just so we all knew what software & serverses we were subscribing to & could access them, but it makes sense there is no password & sensitive data stored in the app at the moment–– that'd add a lot of complications for their business.

Overall, very happy with this LTD!!

What I like :
- Design : the app is pretty
- Easy to add subscriptions : love the automatic logos, urls and categorization

What I don't like / wish :
- No end subscription : let say you paid a license on XX month, set up the amount, starting and end date, Subly will NOT stop to count the sub in the projection... (critical)
- Impossible to see the details of spending for a specific month (?!)
- No ability to set up custom plan, example : Date1: $XXX, Date2 : $YYY, Date3: $ZZZ...

Would be cool :
- iOS apps (but not that critical)
- Ability to define reccuring incomes to have a balance estimate.

It says you only have a hundred or two hundred subscriptions but it does not count ONE TIME PURCHASES so I already have over a hundred subscriptions in there but my account reads that I only used ONE out of two hundred (1/200) subscriptions because the count is only regarding monthly subscriptions, so I also included FOR FREE as well TROUBLE TICKETS, FREE DOWNLOADS to recommend my team memebers, PROJECTS, Reviews, ToDO, and CONSIDERING Corner. But since there is only one REAL monthly subscription, I still have another "199 subscriptions" remaining... LOL
This thing is INFINITE!!!! I love it. $29 is a bargan price too as a SaaS item which I will never lose, but it reminds me of all my secrets and the initials of my passwords so I know which one to use based on the color cordinations I used. LOL To much to list.

This is the perfect way to keep track of all subscriptions in one place! The program is well-designed & works very well. Thank you developer for creating this!
