Prior to investing in Sociamonials, I encountered significant limitations when attempting to utilize free Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA) tools, primarily due to their inability to accommodate the integration of all my various social media accounts, which severely hampered my workflow and overall efficiency. Investing in Sociamonials' lifetime deal was what I needed for my business. I highly recommend Sociamonials for Independent Bloggers and Content Creators.

I bought back in July and have had to reach out to support every time I have attempted to schedule posts.

I use the Bulk Import feature (because that is the purpose many will get software like this) and despite selecting 4 networks to post two, only Facebook and Instagram end up being selected once it's processed.

Each and every time I have to reach out to support, defeating the purpose of having a platform like this in your toolkit. Recently I was told that they had upgraded the entire tech stack and it wouldn't happen again, yet, here were are, yet again. And when I brought it up to support, they sent the same video as previously showing me how to 'update' the posts (while claiming the new tech stack would eliminate the issue). Then told me it would be another month before they moved to the new tech stack.

If you're wanting to use the Import feature to bulk schedule, I would look elsewhere until they can fix this bug (July to September 2025, not working).

I absolutely like using Sociamonials for my social media campaigns! It makes crossposting on multiple channels super easy. One of my favorite features is the bulk CSV uploads, which let me schedule posts with specific dates and times. This saves me so much time!

Plus, it’s a huge bonus that I can post on Twitter (X) too - other apps do NOT have twitter. The platform is user-friendly and really helps boost my engagement. If you're looking for a way to streamline your social media management, I highly recommend Sociamonials!

I use this product since over one year now (jan.2023) and am quite disappointed, as I use another similar product in parallel and can compare.

Post fail on certain media on a regular basis, there was recently a major and very long (1 week) absence of service after an issue coupled with a server change.
So if you have a serious campaign, it is by far not reliable enough.

For hobbyists .... or people with time to lose... it remains a great deal.

Nice features present though for the reposts, the queuing (when it works). Bulk import is quite amateurish, since you have to upload to another platform (and it does not work well : my imported pictures get all blurred when posted, how unprofessional I look now!). They don't have their own system to make sure it all runs smooth (for bulk only : for the rest you can perfectly upload there and it works).

Well this is a product that gets me worried all the time, the error report is also very clumsy and unreliable so you have to double check what was really posted or not, and it cost me far too much time to give it more than 3/5 (it's more 2/5 over the last quarter).

Support is a bit slow, often very inaccurate, so when you have a problem, be patient too : after sending you RTU and not relevant help tutorials links, you might eventually get heard.

I hope this will help other buyers, and their R&D.

the yearly payment is not clear, I was asked to pay again even with the lifetime. that part is confusing and I wish I had known that. sad

Yes, they have standard HTML integration and webhooks, but that is a ton of extra work, customization and integration that could be removed by fixing the API updates. Socialmonials support originally said a couple of days, now it is some vague future date. Not cool- since Keap API changes are not new... So check your integration carefully before puchasing and test, test test.... I only needed the contest side, so this is really dissappointing.

UPDATE: The team did a great job rushing to fix the API and get contacts into Keap. Unfortunately, the API literally only sends the contact data over and doesn't have the ability to work with tags. This is also NOT on their plans to include it.. So if your goal is to use the software with Keap and you want to automate actions inside of Keap, then you will have to use the HTML Form options to add them to any automations. Also both the Webhook and HTML forms are set up per account, so you can ONLY run one campaign at a time... Huge limitation.

Sociamonials has made managing my social media so much easier. The automated posting works great across all platforms, and the built-in giveaway campaigns are a nice bonus—I actually saw a spike in engagement from the first one I ran. Analytics are solid, though the interface could be a bit more modern. Overall, great value for a lifetime deal.

Guys i am writing to alert you that Sociamonials servers are down since last few weeks. They did not bother to inform users about this. So please be aware this is now an official rug pull and a way to deny all LTD users access by just randomnly shutting servers indefinitely without any valid explanation.

I cancelled once but came back.
I was only satisfied with the speed and functionality of sociamonials.

I still haven't quite figured out how to use RSS.
But it is a great tool for running multiple accounts normally.

The most frustrating part is the asset library. I want to be able to access it separately from the post creation screen, and organize the images in my own folders. Everything else isn't necessarily how I would organize it, but the features exist that I want to use and they seem to be posting successfully. It's easy enough to switch between sets of social accounts so I can post for each business from the same page. Organizing the queue is a little... I mean drag-and-drop would be amazing but at least I CAN rearrange the queue! Does it have all the features of Buffer? No. But it does what I need it to do, at a price I like. And I'm actually excited to grow into some of the features I'm not using yet!
